Thanks for a very good presentation and plenty of historical background. Brandon Adams of Creditors in Commerce (.com) talked about this in one of their workshops and he had just found in a book on Trust Law that a "Natural Person" is a Private Trust and thus the "Person" is a Public Trust. The Natural Person also being a fiction - as all names are fictions representing something tangible or fictitious. Thus the spirit of man and the body cannot be under man made law, for the simple reason that man did not create these things, and no creation can be senior to it's creator.

Excellent presentation!

Person, however, is structurally what I refer to as a contra-sense word as allegedly having two or more mutually exclusive definitions. Person is the single most fraudulent word in the language and should be avoided wherever and whenever possible.
