| The Society of One-Heaven is a free society of united men, women and higher order spirits, living and deceased, formed by sacred covenant known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum, also known as the Covenant of One Heaven, in accord with the Golden Rule of Law, of true Justice and spiritual knowledge of Existence. | ||
| The Society of One-Heaven is founded on the Golden Rule of Existence that “Life is a Dream, according to certain Rules” and that if we are not tricked, distracted, obstructed, confused, or willfully ignorant then we may truly know these rules without the need for faith or belief. | ||
| The Society of One Heaven is also founded on the Golden Rule of Law as taught by many great teachers and messengers throughout the history of mankind, that “all are equal before the law and none are above it”. Therefore, in truth there can be no messiahs, or gurus. Nor are social structures that promote elitism and deliberate division and reward piracy and deception and lies in any way consistent with the true Rule of Law. | ||

This is because, every single mind is part of the greater Unique Collective Awareness of Existence. | The name One-Heaven was chosen as a name not only to describe a united society reflecting a united collective spirit which can never be separated again, by argument, by hate, by malevolent trickery and false scribes; but also to express a key idea – the idea of a singular and united spiritual world and the end of the perverse, profane and insane idea of spiritual division. | ||
| Because we are rarely taught to profound influence of our own mind in manifesting the reality of the world we then see, it is a rarely understood fact that so long as people state a belief in the concept of Hell, they are implying that war still exists in the spiritual realm of heaven. Therefore, the name was chosen to symbolically represent this unity instead of simply calling it the “heaven society” or some lesser name. | ||

| The ultimate Authority and proof of One Heaven is those living Men and Women who manage to overcome the desperate screaming, propaganda, lies and disinformation of others, to finally stand up and recognize that they are not slaves, that no-one can “own their soul” or “claim their mind or body” and that through reason, logic and competence of mind they can begin to free themselves of the “Mundi” Mind Virus that still plagues so many. When such Men and Women who see with their own eyes, and hear with their own ears the Golden Rule of Existence, the Golden Rule of Law and the Golden Rule of Self choose to testify to the Covenant of One Heaven, then this is the ultimate source of Authority. | ||
| Yes, there are many supporting proofs of Authority of One Heaven including the succession of ancient Covenants which support the truth of Pactum De Singularis Caelum. Yet the most powerful proof comes from the one Man or Woman, not being the author or inventor of the idea, willing to stand by it. | ||
| In the temporal world, a tyrant or trickers may argue that only those with the largest number of votes, or guns or weapons have the ultimate power. In truth, in a Universal Dream, it is the quality and comprehensiveness of the idea and the clarity of the intention that matters. | ||

| Much of the existing world of confusion, of untruths and oppression relies upon people choosing to believe what they are told and to approach the seriousness of their situation in willful ignorance and incompetence. Knowledge is the enemy of untruth. Proof of intention is the light against willful ignorance and false presumption. | ||
| The fact is that most systems of banking, finance, courts and government function on presumption. If those presumptions are not proven to be wrong – they stand, no matter how much they are false or unjust. | ||
| The redemption of your membership to One Heaven is your acknowledgment that no one can own or claim your mind, or own your soul, or your spirit, or your body; and that no liar, or disinformation agent or severely mentally ill person can trick you into being a slave. Of course, those that work for banks and the status quo do not want you to make such an acknowledgment, so you may find all kinds of false claims, easily exposed as lies and absurdities, just by reading the covenant and Ucadia for yourself and making up your mind. | ||

| What competent, logical and reasoned person, realizing the significance of an oath in proving the formation of a sacred trust would then find fault or fear or danger in making an oath to themselves as immortal and to the Divine Creator of all existence? | ||
| Only someone severely and mentally infected with the “Mundi Mind Virus” could possibly see a problem with recognizing the significance and importance of such an act in proving you that the system can no longer treat you as a slave, or an idiot, or a lunatic, or a pauper, or an energy battery. | ||
| So what does that mean when you might encounter people speaking blatant lies and falsities that somehow such an oath means you sell your soul? Or that you are giving something up?, In fact the opposite is true- One Heaven and Ucadia is trying to help you restore your position and end the lies of the status quo and existing system. | ||
| Here is the text of the Oath: We [Your Name], being the Divine Immortal Spiritual, expressed in our Trust Number to the circumscribed Living Flesh occupying the Earth known as [Community] within the metes and bounds of the Region known as [Province] within the metes and bounds of the Nation known as [Nation], hereby freely and of My own free will, without duress, give My oath and witness to the Sacred Covenant, also known as Pactum de Singularis Caelum; and Furthermore, We pledge Our sacred oath to uphold the Articles of the Sacred Covenant of the Society and Our allegiance to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the Society and its valid Canons; and Upon this day We hereby give notice and full consent for the Society to register Our sacred Membership Number of One Heaven through the creation of a Perfect Divine Trust in spirit and a union with a Perfect True Trust in flesh; and Made by Me this day through the selection of the button below and the recording of this act as associated with the valid registration of My True Trust. | ||
| No where does it state you are surrendering anything, or losing anything. If you have read anything of Ucadia then you know you are the personification of the absolute, the all, the divine, the almighty in flesh. If you have spent even a few minutes listening to the audios and blogs on Blog.Ucadia.Com then you will have heard the same phrase spoken over and over “nothing stands between you and the divine”. Yet does this stop the assassin, the mind virus? The spiritual fog? | ||
| What the oath is saying, based on the meaning of Ucadia model and the Covenant of One Heaven is that you (in flesh) pledge an oath to you (the divine) to live according to some basic self discipline and values reflected in the Covenant of One Heaven. Is that evil? Or is that an incredibly enlightening step forward from previous oaths and affirmations we may have made in courts, or professions or any form of club you may be associated? | ||

This is not an arrogant blasphemy, but a primary fact of religious law, secular law and scripture—every one of the major religions promise in their own way that One-Heaven will come into existence at an appointed time. This is that time. | ||

| The Covenant, website and model of society was first created by Frank O'Collins the founder of UCADIA in Roman year 2006. Frank O’Collins was able to explain that unless a Society is formed—superior in authority to the existing corrupted fictional laws that make every flesh and blood man and woman into “persons” (corporations)—there can be no justice, nor fairness. At the end of Roman Year 2010, Frank O'Collins agreed with several others that all positions of One-Heaven must be now and forever purely spiritual and all official temporal roles (including the office of The Architect) must be dissolved by 2012 in anticipation of the coveyance of authority to properly constituted community associations and the execution by members of their Ucadian Will and Testament template that restores the intention, the will and the rights of the flesh, the land and spirit to each and every man, woman and child granted by the Divine Creator through all sacred scripture to live together in freedom, without fear of debt or famine or war in each and every village, town, city and community. | ||

| The primary sources for the content listed in the Covenant of One Heaven (Pactum De Singularis Caelum) come from three primary sources: (1) From the ancient scriptures and prophecies of the major religions of the world, especially Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and Hindu; (2) From the UCADIAN Model and the inspired writing associated with the sovereign pronouncements of the Architect; and (3) Through inspiration, reflection and prayer upon the most sacred of scriptures of the major religions and the ideal course of events to end the war, bring peace and fulfilment to all members of the Society. | ||

| The legitimacy of the Covenant of One Heaven (Pactum De Singularis Caelum) comes from three core facts: Verifiable Existence, Absolute Recognition and Perfected Claim: | ||
| (1) As to the first fact being Verifiable Existence, it is indisputable that the Covenant of One Heaven, also known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum exists as it may be viewed and read and such actions of viewing and reading may be observed and recorded empirically through statistical analysis. To deny the existence of such an object which can be observed, measured and verified to such an extent is to demonstrate sheer incompetency, or lunacy or deliberate falsity; and | ||
| (2) As to the second fact being Absolute Recognition, the validity of the Covenant of One Heaven is legitimized every time a man or woman completes, executes and publishes their Will and Testament in accord with the Covenant. Therefore, the legitimacy of the Covenant rests not in any claim from the “top down” but from each solemn, sacred covenant formed by each and every man and woman who asserts their divine rights through their perfected Will and Testament; and | ||

(3) As to the third fact being Perfected Claim, there exists no other model, no other covenant and no other claim, higher, more noble or more clear than the Covenant of One Heaven. Therefore, unless a person, or a body politic, or association or entity can demonstrate in substance, scope and detail a model greater than the Ucadian model, the claim of One Heaven stands unchallenged. |
