| 4 | Let the truth be now revealed concerning Antioch; |
| 5 | The great city founded by Constantine; |
| 6 | The site of the founding of Christianity; |
| 7 | The most sacred city of Christianity. |
| 8 | Beautiful Antioch, home of the great temple of Hagia Sophia. |
| 9 | The jewel and the magnificent city upon the cross roads of Asia. |
| 10 | Whereas once you were a beacon of hope for the world, |
| 11 | You have now become all that is wrong with the world. |
| 12 | Fearful and isolated, you do not appoint moral men to your provinces, |
| 13 | But men of poor character and deep pockets in search of family fortunes. |
| 14 | Antioch you have lost your way. |
