De Dea Magisterium

iconBook I - Genesis

Chapter 10

To children who know nothing of what they possess
Intuition and wisdom mere play things
To waste upon a life as if an ant
To boast and parody
To create completely new universes in ones mind
Ideas and thoughts that have no resemblance to the universe
For common sense
Requires no art, nor education
It is something all humans hold, as the ability to breath.
This is not the way of other worlds
Knowledge hard won, through millions of years
Lessons learnt too late to acquire but an ounce of such wisdom
When mastery of sciences and genes
Destroyed our first bodies
When technology became our god
Only to inflict a terrible price
Thus the source of why so many hate you
For your disgusting contempt for what you have
And what you are capable of being.
Older races even still, the rarest of them all
Who did choose the wisest of paths
Did not destroy themselves
They are the lights of the galaxy
Ancients of countless antiquity
Who can sense the health of planets
Not through machines
But the mind and mastery of the Universal Dream.
Not all have your weakness, nor your strength
But all life is build from the same wisdom of matter
Those born from the line of reptile
Outnumber those born of the mammalian cycle
But cursed for lack of evolution and weakness
Fear may trap you,
but that which allows you to fear is not present in many
The blessed emotions that give colour to life Given to primates
Gave birth to a miracle
