| 4 | The fifth law of Creation requires the existence of the Spirit of the Dreamer; |
| 5 | The sixth law of Creation requires Spirit in motion and form to have a place; |
| 6 | The seventh law of that Creation of Existence requires a knowledge and observation of Spirit place; |
| 7 | The eighth law of that Creation of Existence requires families of Spirit in form; |
| 8 | The ninth law of that Creation of Existence requires uniqueness of each Spirit; |
| 9 | The tenth law of that Creation of Existence requires motion of Spirit in form; |
| 10 | The eleventh law of that Creation of Existence requires purpose of motion of Spirit; |
| 11 | The twelfth law of that Creation of Existence requires harmony of motion of Spirit. |
| 12 | As Spirit in form is key to Creation, |
| 13 | When Spirit is in form, it is bound by the laws of Creation. |
| 14 | As existence of the universe depends upon the binding of Spirit in form to the laws of Creation, |
| 15 | The more complex the form, the stronger the binding of the laws of Creation. |
| 16 | No Spirit is completely free of the laws of Creation, |
| 17 | Except Spirit that is free of the complexities of Existence. |
| 18 | Only Spirit that is free of the constraints of form, |
| 19 | May direct itself to the influence of other Spirit and form. |
| 20 | This is the Spirit and Form Boundary of the Universe. |
| 21 | This be the second law of Spirit; |
| 22 | This be the second great mystery of Spirit. |
