Change is existence. Existence is change.
Everything is Change. Change is Everything.
This be the law of the First Cycle of Dreaming.
The Great Cycle of Seasons be the Great Cycle of Change;
The creation and change of movement of spirit in form;
The birth of plants and animals and the death of plants and animals;
The Cycle of Seasons since the birth of first ancestors,
To the Cycle of Seasons by the end of the First Great Tribulation.
When the Grey Star People first came to the land known as Australia,
More than 14,730 generations in seasons ago,
They had not yet formed first ancestors.
No people existed, except the Serpent Star People,
As the slaves of the Grey Star People.
The land was hot, wet and fertile;
The sea was more than twice the height of a man than it is today;
Much of the west and southern land was covered by great shallow seas,
Until the end of the great age of fertility 12,100 generations ago.
Then began the first great age of cold,
When the temperature greatly cooled,
When the shallow seas of the west, the central and south dried up,
And the mountains to the east became covered by permanent ice and snow.
The sea dropped by more than the height of two men than it is today,
And great mountains of ice formed in the south,
Until 11,500 generations ago, when the land warmed again.
For 2,100 generations the land was warm and fertile.
The seas rose, the rains fell, the plants and animals grew.
The great mountains of ice in the south disappeared,
And were replaced by the shallow sea across the south;
Until the second great age of cooling 9,470 generations ago.
When sea dropped again by more than the height of two men than it is today;
The great mountains of ice returned to the south;
For 2,630 generations the land was cool,
Until the great season of warming.
When sea rose again by more than the height of three men than it is today;
The seas returned and flooded the land of the west, the south and the central country;
The mountains of ice disappeared;
The plants and trees and animals returned;
Food was plentiful and life was peaceful for 578 generations,
Until Great Season of Ice and Cold that started 6,263 generations ago,
When the land dried up and the animals died;
When the mountains were frozen once again;
While a bitter and dry wind cut the land and killed the plants.
For 1,842 generations, first ancestors sought safety ,
In caves in the north and west country,
Until the age of the Great Season of Warming 4,421 generations ago.
Life returned to the land, as it does to the desert after the rains.
For 527 generations, the people lived in peace and happiness,
Until the great death of fire and ash,
That came from the islands of the north;
Blanketing the country 3,894 generations ago;
Burning all the vegetation and animals;
Killing all the giant animals in the north and west;
Blocking out the sun and caused all to become frozen desert.
For more than 100 generations, the people endured the death of the ash,
The hidden sun and moon and sky,
Before the land returned to warmth and life.
Then came the Second Great Season of Ice and Cold that started 2,526 generations ago;
When the great animals of the south and east froze to death or died of hunger;
When the great hunger came over the people;
When the even the rivers and lakes were frozen;
When the giant people of different land did come,
And save the people through the Second Law.
This be the Great Cycle of Seasons,
Of the First Great Tribulation.
