When it has been properly verified and prepared it becomes a Sacred Insignia.
Then it must be safely kept at a Temple within Sacred Sanctuary.
Whether or not the sacred stone as the totem of the child,
Be found at birth or not, it exists.
It may be found later, or sooner.
When a child is borne, the mother shall tell the father and the family,
Where be the location of the birth.
Around then this place, they may first find the sacred stone as Sacred Insignia.
If the sacred stone not be immediately found,

which may belong to the men who are represented by the insignia.
After the period of proper funerary rights and respect,

May be brought to ceremony to signify the authority of such relatives,
And their presence as witnesses to right ceremony.
As to fourth Sacred Insignia, a tribe may request the presence of an important Sacred Insignia,
And shall be responsible for its safe keeping until its return.
Misuse, defacement and destruction of such symbols is a grave transgression.

Abandon any respect of law or justice.
Any law that dishonors such law cannot be law.
