13 | As to the first forbidden trade: |
14 | All communities must be self sufficient for food. |
15 | If a community be dependent on exchange for food, |
16 | Then such a community be vulnerable to conflict, or famine or tyranny. |
17 | It be a memory of the ways of the Grey Star People that to control ancestors, |

19 | As to the second forbidden trade: |
20 | No man can own another. |
