Book 10 – The Third Law

6   Ecclesiastical Law

1This be Ecclesiastical Law:
2Ecclesiastical Law is the body of statutes and ordinances of an ecclesiastical entity issued by proper authority for the moderation of a religious organization and its members.
3As Ecclesiastical Law ultimately refers to rules created by men and women, not natural or divine, all valid Ecclesiastical Law may be said to be Positive Law and derived from Positive Law.
4Ecclesiastical Law may not abrogate, change, suspend any Cognitive Law, Natural Law or Divine Law.
5There exists no such force, concept or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law known as unholy. All forms of existence are sacred to some degree.
6There exists no such force, concept or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law known as original sin or hereditary spiritual impairment or inherited debt. Any rule, ritual, claim, or ordinance based on such falsity is automatically reprobate, to be suppressed having no force or effect of law.
7There exists no such force, concept or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law whereby a spirit or mind can be sold, or ceded, or claimed, or salvaged, or lost or abandoned. Any rule, ritual, claim, or ordinance based on such falsity is automatically reprobate, to be suppressed having no force or effect of law.
8There exists no such force, concept, permission or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law whereby the living flesh of a higher order being may be treated as property that can be sold, or ceded, or claimed, or salvaged, or lost or abandoned for the purpose of slavery in any form or kind. Any rule, ritual, claim, or ordinance based on such falsity is automatically reprobate, to be suppressed having no force or effect of law.
9There exists no such force, concept or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law that permits living beings such as men and women to be treated as already dead, or in some form of purgatory, or underworld or hell or “mundi”. Any rule, ritual, claim, or ordinance based on such falsity is automatically reprobate, to be suppressed having no force or effect of law.
10There exists no such force, concept or manifestation under Divine Law, Natural Law or Cognitive Law that permits commerce and trade to be considered a transgression or sacrilege and therefore a crime. Any rule, ritual, claim, or ordinance based on such falsity is automatically reprobate, to be suppressed having no force or effect of law.
11To the extent that Ecclesiastical Law is in accord with Natural Law, Cognitive Law and Divine Law, then such law may be said to be in agreement with law. To the extent that Ecclesiastical Law is not in accord with Natural Law, Cognitive Law and Divine Law, then such rules may be said to be in conflict with law.
12Any law that is against such truth cannot be law.
