6.7 Disabled Homo Sapien

Article 133 - Disabled Homo Sapien

A Disabled Homo Sapien, also known as a Disabled Person is defined as a person suffering a temporary or permanent physical disability which prevents normal function to some degree, and/or a temporary or permanent mental disability reducing normal cognitive behavior.

Every Disabled Person is entitled to the safety and assistance of adequate shelter and residence. No person is permitted to be denied a place to sleep and the safety and support of food and liquid.

It is an essential principle that all Disabled Persons have a right to a quality and dignified life. Laws or belief systems that enforce life without any consideration of the quality of life shall always considered barbaric, cruel and against the very meaning of life they claim to cherish.
