Alteration in the context of Bioethics is a term used to describe the deliberate intervention in the genome or form of a species. Alteration encompasses the term “genetic engineering”.

Based on the existence of no less than seven (7) Macro Mutations and Extinction Mutations forming the Homo Sapien species, it must be reasonably concluded by any competent mind that the species was created by alteration of a naturally occurring forebear species on planet Earth.
