Health is a term created in the 19th Century to describe the public administration and personal state of sanitation as well as the physical well being, nutrition and mind, body and spirit.

Whilst the original context of the word Health is deliberately obscure, there is no credible evidence of its origin from an earlier period that the 19th Century and its introduction through statute concerning the right and involvement of the state in a wider and deeper range of subjects than at any other time in history.

By virtue of a state providing various “health services”, such services provide an argument and framework for the state to survey the health and vital statistics of individuals, including the “right” to make highly personal and intrusive recommendations and procedures.
