5.1 Self-Aware Life
Article 91 - Mammals
Mammals are a class of air-breathing Level 5-Complex Life (Vertebrate) animals characterized by the possession of hair, three middle-ear bones, endothermy and specialized secretory glands.
The term mammal comes from the Latin word mamma meaning “breast”.
It is a right of all living mammals to be alive. The question to birth is separate to the right to life.
No Homo Sapien should be allowed to take the life of a mammal, without proper authority, unless defending their life, or the life of a person immediately with them.
Every mammal Life form should have access to adequate food, clean water for survival, whether by the freedom of choice afforded by a well structured ecosystem , or by the provision of adequate food and water for those animals held in captivity or as pets.
No mammal should ever be subjected to torture, or to cruel inhuman physical or mental degrading treatment or punishment.
Homo Sapiens are Homo Sapiens and are never permitted to be described or defined in law as animals or mammals.
