Article 97 - Dangerous Animals and pests
A dangerous animal is any animal that has either been trained to attack Men and Women, is known to be a vicious killer of smaller or larger animals or is known to possess deadly countermeasures (such as poison).
A pest is any animal existing in such numbers in proximity to property and behaving in such manner that it threatens the natural balance of the local ecosystem.
An animal that threatens the benefit of a farm shall not automatically be considered a pest. A control order for the eradication of a pest animal is required before such animals may be removed and only by an authorized person in safety of other humans.
Persons are not permitted to have either a dangerous animal or a pest as a pet or working animal.
Persons are not permitted to possess cats or any feline variety in regions of high fauna and flora conservation, particularly the presence of endangered species.
