A Parish is a constituted ecclesiastical and civil administrative sub-division of a Church, distinguished by certain territorial limits defining the domicile and location of a Congregation, a Sanctuary and place of worship directed by a properly appointed Priest, or Minister or Clergy as Head of the Parish in accord with these Canons.
