Article 21 - See
A See (also known as sedos and sea) is a formal term of Christianity used to describe literally a “seat of power” and therefore the customary, legal and spiritual authority to impose, maintain and review the rule of law over a particular geographic location. Hence, see as “sedos” (σέδός) in Ancient Greek means “seat of authority” while see as “sea” in Latin also means a physical as well as temporal firmament.
The term “See” or “sedos” (σέδός) in Ancient Greek was first introduced as an ecclesiastical and legal concept in 314 under the formation of Christianity by Constantine being one of three: a Supreme See (sacropolis sedos) of an Exarch, or a Metropolitan See (metropolis sedos) of a Patriarch or an Episcopal See (episcopolis sedos) of a Monarch:
(i) From 314 CE, a Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” in Ancient Greek was the nominated capital city of a particular region of the new world order or “Kuria (curia)” and the home of the leading spiritual, legal and administrative head known as a “exarch”. The primary building symbolizing the seat of power or “sacropolis sedos” was then known as a Kathedra (cathedral) as the seat of “supreme authority”; and
(ii) A Metropolitan See or “metropolis sedos” in Ancient Greek was the nominated capital city of a particular political city-state or “Politia” and the home of the leading spiritual, legal and administrative head known as a “patriarch”. The primary building symbolizing the seat of power or “metropolis sedos” was then known as a Basilica; and
(iii) A Episcopal See or “episcopolis sedos” in Ancient Greek was the nominated city of a particular region or state within the boundaries of the “Politia” known as a “Diakesia” (diocese) and the home of the regional spiritual, legal and administrative head known as a “monarch”. The primary building symbolizing the seat of power or “episcopolis sedos” was then known as a Sunagoga (synagogue).
The first Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” in history were the capital cities of the four regions or Kuria (Curia) corresponding to cardinal points emanating from Antioch (Constantinople) being the capital cities of Borealia (North See), Australia (South See), Europalia (West See) and Orientalia (East Sea):
(i) The Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” of Borealia (North See) was named Galatia on the north bank of the Danube River Delta and Black Sea as the Kuria (curia) or “supreme authority” for nine (9) Politia (city states) to the north of Antioch (Constantinople) being: Bulgaria, Hungaria, Alania, Vandalia, Sarmatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Rusia; and
(ii) The Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” of Australia (South See) was Alexandria on the Nile River Delta and the Mediterranean Sea as the Kuria (curia) or “supreme authority” for nine (9) Politia (city states) to the south of Antioch (Constantinople) being: Barbaria (Morocco), Algeria, Gaetulia, Garamantia, Libia, Egyptia, Ethiopia, Sinopia and Somalia; and
(iii) The Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” of Europalia (West See) was the city of Philippi (Thessalonika) on the Axios River Delta and the Mediterranean Sea as the Kuria (curia) or “supreme authority” for nine (9) Politia (city states) to the west of Antioch (Constantinople) being: Alba, Irenia (Ireland), Spania, Francia, Italia, Saxonia, Slavia, Macedonia and Hellas; and
(iv) The Supreme See or Sacred See or “sacropolis sedos” of Orientalia (East Sea) was the city of Samson (Samsun) at the deltas of the Mert and Halys rivers and the Black Sea in northern Anatolia as the Kuria (curia) or “supreme authority” for nine (9) Politia (city states) to the east of Antioch (Constantinople) being: Anatolia, Armenia, Syria, Palestinia, Mesopotamia, Abbysinia (Yemen), Assyria, Saracenia (Arabia) and Persia.
The Three Fundamental criteria defining a valid Apostolic See (also known as sedos and sea) in Christianity are:
(i) That it is one of the four named Supreme See (sacropolis sedos) or thirty six Metropolitan See (metropolis sedos) or two hundred and fifty two Episcopal See (episcopolis sedos) from 314 CE and the founding of Christianity or the named resurrection and restoration of Christianity in accord with Pactum de Singularis Caelum; and
(ii) That it is not the city of Rome that was utterly destroyed beginning in 313 CE on the orders of Constantine and condemned for eternity to be known as the Anti-Christ and the nemesis and opposite of everything associated with Christianity; and
(iii) That it is not one of the former Roman sites of human sacrifice, demonic worship, blood sport and necromancy condemned and destroyed by Constantine in 314 CE as agents of the Anti-Christ and forbidden to be rebuilt such as Devilum (Chester), Eboracium (York), Londinium (London), Corduba (Cordoba), Malaca, Massilia (Marseilles), Lucifernum (Lyons) and Turonum (Tours), Turico (Zurich), Argentoratum (Strasbourg), Curnum (Liechtenstein), Mogontiacum (Mainz), Vindelicorum (Ausburg), Treverorum (Trier), Bonna (Bonn), Dioclea (Dubrovnik), Salona, Vindobona (Vienna), Naissus (Nis), Kaza (Corfu), Epirus, Zorza (Argostoli), Corinthus (Corinth), Rhegium (Reggio), Messana (Messina), Syracusae (Syracuse), Tarentum, Neapolis (Naples), Beneventum, Pisa, Mediolanum (Milan), Trento (Trent) and Turinorum (Turin).
It is impossible and absurd that a place or city be regarded or accepted as valid See, or Apostolic See:
(i) If it be Rome as the city of Rome was utterly destroyed and condemned by Constantine as the Anti-Christ of Christianity and the personification of the enemy of all values, morals and teachings of Christianity; or
(ii) If it be known from the time of the first formation of Christianity in 314 CE as one of the cities condemned and destroyed by Constantine as an agent of the Anti-Christ.
In accord with these canons and the most sacred Covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum, the One See, the True See and the only Holy Apostolic See is the Society of One Heaven and no other. Any other group, organization or entity that claims such a name is therefore an imposter before all Heaven and Earth and fully liable for the consequences of such willful and deliberate heresy, falsity and deception.
When anyone references, writes or speaks of the “See”, “Holy See”, “Apostolic See” or “First See” it shall mean the Society of One Heaven as the one, true and only apostolic successor to the Covenant of Constantine in forming Christianity and no other.
