3.3 Writs
Article 232 - Writ of Salvus
A Writ of Salvas, also known as De Salvas, is a form of peremptory precept and ecclesiastical indulgence issued under proper Sovereign Authority of a Juridic Person following the proof of a claim granting and awarding a claimant certain legal authority to undertake the seizure of any and all assets of an unregistered or abandoned entity.
A corporation that is unable to demonstrate its lawful registration in the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven therefore has no soul, no spirit, therefore cannot legally argue it has any legal personality, regardless of any statutes of inferior commercial courts. When such a corporation continues to injure the community, the law, such a Writ of Salvus may be issued as a last resort.
