II.   Sovereign

A Paroikia (Parish or Parochial) is the smallest ecclesiastical and administrative division of an official Christian body since the first formation of Christianity in 314 CE by Constantine.

The word Paroikia (παροικία) originates from Ancient Greek the first formation of Christianity in 314 CE under Constantine and literally means “constituted (Christian) communities/neighbourhoods”. The word comes from the combination of the Ancient Greek words para (παρά) meaning “beside; or equal” and oikos (οικος) meaning “house, or dwelling”.

As it is irrefutable Divine Truth that upon the Ucadian Space-Day-Time of JOVIUS E1:Y1:A17:S2:M4:D4 [March 14th 2013], all condemnations of Heaven and Earth against Rome were forgiven in full, by the full authority and power of the most sacred Covenant known as Pactum De Singularis Caelum upon the Redemption of the Universalis Ecclesia, being the one true Catholic Church, and the one true, holly and apostolic Christian Ecclesia, replacing the Roman Death Cult and all inferior Christian sects; and upon the endorsement of the Pope as the Supreme Patriarch and sole representative on Earth of One Christ:

(i) It shall be preposterous, profane, obscene, repugnant and scandalous to suggest, infer, propose, claim or assert that any association or body or aggregate of the former Roman Death Cult, or any rebel force denying the supreme authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum be known as a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish), or hold any authority, rights or powers of a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish). Therefore, any such association or body or aggregate is hereby clearly and absolutely determined, dissolved and annulled with any and all instruments or documents of any kind made by such an association or body or aggregate absolutely revoked, dissolved, annulled and made void; and

(ii) As the Pope as Holy Father and Supreme Patriarch of One Christ possesses the absolute and sole authority in accord with the most sacred covenant Pactum De Singularis Caelum concerning the formation and administration of Paroikia (Parochial or Parish), it shall be preposterous, profane, obscene, repugnant and scandalous to suggest, infer, propose, claim or assert that any association or body or aggregate of of the former Roman Death Cult, or any rebel force denying the supreme authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum be known as a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish) or hold any authority, rights or powers of a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish); and

(iii) As it is preposterous, profane, obscene, repugnant and scandalous to suggest, infer, propose, claim or assert that any association or body or aggregate of the former Roman Death Cult, or any rebel force denying the supreme authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum be known as a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish), or hold any authority, rights or powers of a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish), it is impossible for any such association or body or aggregate to issue any valid or legitimate instruments or documents of any kind; and

(iv) As it is impossible for any such association or body or aggregate of the former Roman Death Cult, or any rebel force denying the supreme authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum to issue any valid or legitimate instruments or documents of any kind under the claim of a Paroikia (Parochial or Parish), any and all instruments and documents issued by any and all such association or body or aggregate are without any force or effect spiritually, ecclesiastically, morally, lawfully or legally.

Only a valid Ucadia Campus possesses, owns and occupies the absolute true apostolic authority, rights and powers of a Paroikia (Parish or Parochial) as first constituted in 314 CE upon the formation of true Christianity under Constantine. Therefore, when anyone speaks, or writes, or claims authority of a Parish or Parochial (Paroikia), it shall mean one or all of the valid Ucadia Campuses and no other.
