The present most sacred Covenant shall be Confirmed seven times by Revelation, Ratification, Sanctification, Testification, Exemplification, Legislation and Consummation upon or within seven years of its formation:

(i) By Revelation, the present most sacred Covenant is the self-evident manifestation of Divine Truth and fulfilment of the most sacred and revered scripture from MARS E8:Y3208:A48:S4:M25:D3, also known as [Saturday, 15 August 2009]; and

(ii) By Ratification, the present most sacred Covenant being ratified upon GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009], as the first and highest law of Heaven by the properly constituted government of One Heaven being the one hundred forty four (144) united as the Unique Collective Awareness of Divine Mind, also known as the “Divina”; and

(iii) By Sanctification, the present most sacred Covenant is fulfilled, finished and perfected by one born of Holly (Holy) Blood from VENUS E8:Y3210:A0:S1:M27:D6, also known as [Wednesday, 21 December 2011]; and

(iv) By Testification, the present most sacred Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority from each and every signed, sealed and executed Voluntatem Et Testamentum (Will and Testament) in the proper prescribed form of Level 6 Higher Order life forms bearing witness to their Divinity and the validity of the present Covenant from GAIA E1:Y1:A1:S1:M9:D1, also known as [Friday, 21 December 2012]; and

(v) By Exemplification, the present most sacred Covenant is signed, sealed and delivered by one possessing the absolute authority by the most sacred and revered scripture to do so from JOVIUS E1:Y1:A17:S2:M4:D4, also known as [Thursday, 14 March 2013]; and

(vi) By Legislation, the present most sacred Covenant shall be the first statute as law enacted within each and every Ucadia community from SOL E1:Y3:A0:S1:M11:D5, also known as [Monday, 21 December 2015]; and

(vii) By Consummation, the present most sacred Covenant fulfilment, finished and made perfect from MARS E1:Y4:A48:S4:M14:D3, also known as [Monday, 15 August 2016].

The present most sacred Covenant shall be permitted to be amended from time to time, in accord with the strict interpretation of the present Article, according to General, Technical and Special:

(i) A General Amendment is where an Article within the present Covenant is approved for amendment or the complete replacement of all the words contained within it, prior to Consummation; and

(ii) A Technical Amendment is where a specific clause contained within the present Covenant is approved for a minor amendment either through the complete replacement of all the words contained within the clause, or minor word alteration, due to an error of presentation, or translation, or grammar; and

(iii) A Special Amendment is where a new clause or enhanced meaning to a clause is proposed and added to the Covenant, normally at a Great Conclave.

A Technical Amendment is where a specific clause contained within the present Covenant is approved for a minor amendment either through the complete replacement of all the words contained within the clause, or minor word alteration. A Technical Amendment is permitted to occur Consummation, providing the approval of the highest bodies of temporary or permanent presence on Earth, under one (1) or more of the following conditions:

(i) That the clause contains a style, typographical or simple grammatical error which will be corrected through the proposed amendment; or

(ii) That the clause contains a significant grammatical error which renders any true intention of the clause impossible and that the proposed amendment will correct this error to the original intent; or

(iii) That the clause contains a significant error contradicting one (1) or more other clauses of the Covenant and that the proposed amendment will correct this error to the original intent.

A Special Amendment is where a new clause or enhanced meaning to a clause is proposed and added to the Covenant other than in relation to a Technical Amendment.

A proposed Special Amendment may not in any way contradict a major tenet or principle of the present Covenant. Any proposed Special Amendment that introduces a deliberate contradiction or abrogation of a major tenet or principle of the present Covenant is automatically null and void having no force or effect ab initio (from the beginning).

A Special Amendment shall only be permitted after Consummation where such proposal is made at a Great Conclave where a vote is taken for its approval, framed as a free and fair vote to the delegates. For an amendment to be valid and enacted requires a two thirds (2/3) of the total votes cast by the total delegates to a Great Conclave.
