Article 123 - Dispensation

123.1
Dispensation (link)

All communication to the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) of Heaven by living Members of One Heaven shall be by Dispensation in accord with the present sacred Covenant. The methods, rules and standards of proper Dispensation shall be defined by the present sacred Covenant and associated covenants and no other. All properly conferred Dispensation shall be received, recorded and acknowledged by the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) of One Heaven.

123.2
Nature and Character of Dispensation (link)

Dispensation is by definition the mode of proper publication, or distribution of certain rights, usually memorialized in document form. Therefore, Dispensation is usually a derivative of some other sacred act occurring first. Thus, the first forms of instruments of value were the forms of indulgences and instruments themselves called “dispensations”.

As all rights come from Divine Rights, all documents and instruments of value must by definition be Dispensations properly conferred and issues in accord with the present sacred Covenant.

123.3
Reprobate, Profane and Repugnant forms of Dispensation (link)

A Dispensation shall be reprobate, profane, repugnant and therefore invalid and improper and rejected by the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) of One Heaven:

(i) If it is deliberately harmful, negative or malevolent in its intent, design or inference; or

(ii) If it is deliberately dishonest, deceptive or perfidious in its intent, design or inference; or

(iii) If it is frivolous, or profane or disrespect in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or

(iv) If it is irrational, or unreasonable or illogical in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or

(v) If it motivated or driven by hate, greed, jealously, anger or lust; or

(vi) If it motivated or driven by an attempt to shift blame or avoid accepting self-responsibility; or

(vii) If it motivated or driven by a desire, or wish, or worship of money or abundant material wealth.
