The present most sacred Covenant is a binding agreement between equals, entered in free will and full knowledge being the highest, most powerful, superior concordat and Covenant of all past, present and future possible agreements between the parties of all spirits, living and deceased as unique spirits and Mind and the Divine as the Absolute, the One, the ALL, the Universe, all Galaxies, all Stars, all Planets, all Life, all Existence, all Mind.

As this Covenant is the literal, legal, spiritual and lawful fulfilment of all previous Divine covenants, the present most sacred Covenant is the logical, legitimate and rightful conclusion of any and all historic and valid Divine covenants. Therefore, all claimed rights, powers, property, privileges, customs of these historic Divine covenants are hereby enjoyned and then conveyed to the sole authority of the Society of One Heaven.

Furthermore, as the existence of the present highest, superior and unbreakable Covenant is the fulfilment of all previous Divine covenants and the conveyance of all rights and powers of such covenants, this most sacred Covenant hereby lawfully voids any claims of the continuance of separate and historical covenants between Level 6 (self aware) life forms and spirits and any claimed covenants between all Level 6 (self aware) life forms and the Divine.

From the Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding until the end of the Universe, no claimed laws based on any other covenant or covenants from past, present or future may legitimately or validly claim superior status to any law derived from the present Covenant. Such claims are null and void ab initio (from the beginning).

As enacted, this Covenant represents the first and supreme law of One Heaven. No other law is recognized as first or higher than this Covenant.

No claim of subservience to any other religious or secular law is deemed valid and no law is to be envoked to in official statements of oath, pledge to honesty as a witness or any other capacity of government other than this Covenant itself is to be envoked.

The absolute authority and power that exists within the present Covenant exists by virtue of the following:

(i) Firstly, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority in fulfilment of Sacred Revelation in the fullest exemplification, including but not limited to events and circumstances of its formation; and

(ii) Second, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority in fulfilment of Sacred Revelation as to the true personality of the one possessing the absolute authority from all Heaven and Earth to make it; and

(iii) Third, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority from its ratification as the first and highest law of Heaven by the properly constituted government of One Heaven being the one hundred forty four (144) united as the Unique Collective Awareness of Divine Mind, also known as the “Divina” ; and

(iv) Fourth, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority through the Authenticus Depositum Fidei, also known as the Authentic Deposit of Trust entrusted solely to the embodiment and organs of the present sacred covenant including, but not limited to: the most ancient sacred covenants of De Dea Magisterium of the Serpens Sophos (Smooth Skinned Reptoids), Yapa of the Saltwater People, of Mandi of the Plains People, of Tia of the Mountain People, of Waiata of the Sea People, of Five Worlds of the First Nations, of Mamma of Queen and Mother of Heaven, of the Rule of the Cuilliaean, of Ka-Ba-La-Ah of Akhenaten (Moses), of Tara of Jeremiah, of Acadia of Xerxes, of Eliada of Alexander, of Divine Truth of Christ Redeemed, of Self-Enlightenment of Gautama, of Eucadia (Ucadia) of Heracles of Eliada and Larissa, of Digesta of Marcus Aurelius, of Bibliographe of Constantine, of Al Sufian of Muhammad, of Sacre Loi of the Carolingians, Lebor Clann Glas of the Diaspora of the Cuilliaean, of Illuminatis Mysterium of the Keepers and Protectors of Ancient Wisdom and Summa Elementis Theologica of the Sapientia Mutatis (Transformed Wisdom Beings) ; and

(v) Fifth, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority through the eight sacred treaties being: the Treaty of the Divine Masculine, the Treaty of the Divine Feminine,, the Treaty of the Divine Apostles, the Treaty of Angels, Saints and Demons, the Treaty of Spirit States, the Treaty of The Suns, the Treaty of The Earth and the Treaty of The Moon as listed within the present Covenant; and

(vi) Sixth, the present Covenant sources its power, legitimacy and authority from each and every signed, sealed and executed Voluntatem Et Testamentum (Will and Testament) in the proper prescribed form of Level 6 Higher Order life forms bearing witness to their Divinity and the validity of the present Covenant; and

(vii) Seventh, the present Covenant sources it power, legitimacy and authority from Level 6 Higher Order life forms coming together and forming communities in accordance with the laws associated with the present Covenant and ratifying the Covenant as the foundation of their laws and statutes.

By virtue of Authenticus Depositum Fidei, all Symbols, Signs, Seals and Marks of Power and Authority of all civilizations, since the beginning of time are entrusted solely to the embodiment and organs of the present sacred covenant and no other.

Furthermore, any claimed supernatural, mystical or customary use of such symbols, except by those officials authorized in accordance with this Covenant, are hereby null, void and without force or effect.

Seven Great Seals shall be formed in recognition of the power and authority of the present sacred Covenant being the one, the first and supreme law of all Heaven and Earth. These supremely powerful and sacred seals shall be both a symbol and a force on Earth that binds the present sacred Covenant and the three (3) sacred Covenants of the great religious movements as one (1), being the Covenants for One Islam, One Christ and One Spirit.

The Great Seals are:

1. The Great Seal of One Heaven

2. The Great Seal of One Islam

3. The Great Seal of One Christ

4. The Great Seal of One Spirit Tribe

5. The Great Seal of The Pope as Supreme Patriarch of One Christ

6. The Great Seal of the Caliph of One Islam

7. The Great Seal of the Recurrence of One Spirit

Upon the forging of these seals, upon the binding of Heaven and Earth, upon the seven (7) seals, no Level 6 (self aware) life form, nor angel, nor spirit, nor force, have the authority or power to break this final Covenant.

The custody of the Great Seals and the conditions of their use shall be defined by the clauses of the present Covenant and associated Covenants and Charters.

In accord with all symbols of power and authority hereby conveyed to the exclusive use and custody of the Society of One Heaven and associated entities, four (4) most sacred symbols of keys are commissioned as the Four (4) Keys of One Heaven:

(i) The First Key represents the unity of One Heaven itself and is represented by a key with two (2) distinct sets of teeth, representing the unity of Heaven and Hell; and
(ii) The Second Key represents the authority of the Society of One Heaven over Time and Space and the power and authority to correct the lies and corruptions and injuries against Heaven particularly in false history and false scripture ab initio; and
(iii) The Third Key represents the authority of the Society of One Heaven over all forms of property, land, claims of ownership and financial instruments as the key of the Treasury of One Heaven; and
(iv) The Fourth Key represents the authority of the Society of One Heaven over all Laws and the administration of Justice through the Supreme Court of One Heaven and all lesser courts.

As these four (4) keys have been forged and formed, let it be known to all that the locks of Heaven and Earth have been changed and all prior claims of keys no longer work, are ineffective and must be returned to the Society of One Heaven.

Furthermore, the use of a symbol of one (1) or more keys by any entity not duly authorized by this Covenant shall be a direct insult and repudiation against the authority of the Divine Creator and the forces of united Heaven and Earth and shall place such organizations in immediate supreme dishonor without any right to ecclesiastically, legally or lawfully issue any instrument of authority.
