Article 40 - Rights of Members
All Members of One Heaven and Ucadia possess and are entitled to certain peremptory, permanent, eternal, immutable and indefeasible rights; as well as the privilege to possess certain conditional rights of authority and powers, associated with obligations and duties of various sacred offices.
All Members of One Heaven are by default unique divine spirits as exemplified as Divine Persons associated with valid Divine Trusts and Divine Estates. Divine Rights therefore are the primary and original form of Rights, corresponding to Divine Trusts, Divine Estates and Divine Persons. There exists no higher class, or possible type of Rights. All valid Rights therefore are inherited from the class of valid Divine Rights. There exists two sub-classes (Perfect and Imperfect) and four categories of one hundred and ten (110) possible Divine Rights, being Perfect Fundamental (44), Perfect Sacramental (33), Imperfect Instrumental (22) and Imperfect Intentional (11):
(i) A Perfect Fundamental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated as a capacity of a Divine Person, or body of a Divine Trust or property of a Divine Estate; and
(ii) A Perfect Sacramental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with one of the thirty-three Divine Sacraments; and
(iii) An Imperfect Instrumental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with a capacity, or power, or liberty, or authority or characteristic essential to law; and
(iv) An Imperfect Intentional Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with a capacity, or power, or liberty, or authority or characteristic essential to law that must be enacted with clear evidence of proper intention.
All Members of One Heaven and Ucadia possess the following valid thirty-three (33) Perfect Fundamental Divine Rights as recognized in accord with the present Covenant:
(i) Ius Divinum Fraternitas as the Divine Right of Membership of Heaven, whereby each and every Divine Person possesses the absolute, immutable, unalienable, indefeasible, permanent and eternal Right to be an equal and valid Member of Heaven and Ucadia; and
(ii) Ius Divinum Iuris as the Divine Right to Divine Justice, whereby each and every Divine Person possesses and absolute immutable right to true justice and fair process under the Golden Rule of Law of equality; and
(iii) Ius Divinum Cogitatio as the Divine Right of Thought and Reason, whereby every Divine Person has the right to think, to conceive and to perceive, without threat or intimidation or such thoughts being falsely manipulated, intruded upon or claimed by another; and
(iv) Ius Divinum Conscium as the Divine Right of Conscious Awareness, whereby every Divine Person possesses the immutable right to their own unique consciousness in Divine Trust that cannot be sold, traded, surrendered or lost. Therefore Divine Trust is a soul redeemed; and
(v) Ius Divinum Honoris as the Divine Right of Respect and Honor, whereby none may be cursed or condemned for eternity, nor tortured or tormented by any false construct of hell or place of misery or torment; and
(vi) Ius Divinum Veritas as the Divine Right of Truth and Integrity, whereby every Member as a Divine Person is entitled to the truth and integrity of all consciousness, without deception or willful intrusion; and
(vii) Ius Divinum Aestimare as the Divine Right of Value, whereby from the perspective of a Member, every Divine Person is entitled to be recognized as possessing value and purpose and reason for their existence in making a crucial and valuable contribution to the existence and function of existence itself; and
(viii) Ius Divinum Credito as the Divine Right of Divine Credit, whereby from the perspective of a Member as a Divine Person, every Member is entitled to unlimited Divine Credit as offset to settle and cancel any claimed debts or obligations or blemish caused by error of lower levels of consciousness within the temporal realms or whilst the spiritual realms such as negative ghost state and destructive states of consciousness; and
(ix) Ius Divinum Amoris as the Divine Right of Divine Love, whereby every Member as a Divine Person is entitled to the unconditional and infinite healing power, compassion and wisdom of Divine Love; and
(x) Ius Divinum Aequum as the Divine Right of Equality and Fairness, whereby every Member is entitled to be treated equally and fairly, without prejudice; and
(xi) Ius Divinum Salutis as the Divine Right of Safety and Well Being, whereby every Member is entitled to be safe from attack or negative influence, or possession or haunting or false and misleading notions, fears and misrepresentations. Furthermore, every Divine Person is entitled to their own well being and journey upon their own free will toward a greater depth and sense of self knowledge; and
(xii) Ius Divinum Proprius as the Divine Right to one's own Character and Identity, whereby no spiritual person, or aggregate or body may misrepresent itself as another, nor claim the name or character or identity of another; and
(xiii) Ius Divinum Dirimere as the Divine Right of Dissolution of all Contracts and Obligations, whereby from the perspective of a Member, all previous contracts and obligations of the temporal world cease upon the physical death of the body and no obligation, or contract, or covenant or debt may be claimed as continuing or to be in force thereafter; and
(xiv) Ius Divinum Venia as the Divine Right of Forgiveness, Pardon and Remission, whereby a Member is entitled to unconditional, absolute and eternal forgiveness for each and every transgression whilst connected to temporal form and even whilst pure spiritual form such as negative ghosts, or other negative conscious constructs, providing genuine contrition exists and is exhibited in the form of a genuine confession; and
(xv) Ius Divinum Nomenis as the Divine Right to Name, Title and Reputation whereby no force in Heaven or the Universe may claim ownership of ones name, without declaring themselves an outlaw and pirates and heretics against united Heaven and Rule of Law; and
(xvii) Ius Divinum Intentionis as the Divine Right of Intention and Purpose, whereby all Divine Persons have purpose and the power of intention; and
(xviii) Ius Divinum Liberatum Arbitrium as the Divine Right of Free Choice (Will), whereby each and every Divine Person has the immutable and unalienable right to choose; and
(xix) Ius Divinum Esse as the Divine Right of Existence, exemplified by the Divine Creator that Existence itself, depends upon our very existence; and
(xx) Ius Divinum Victus as the Divine Right to Quality and Fruitful Existence, whereby each and every Divine Person has the right to a quality and fruitful existence, including but not limited to the fulfilment of the purpose of their existence as Lower Mind in union with Higher Mind and Divine Mind; and
(xxi) Ius Divinum Hereditatis as the Divine Right of Inheritance of Rights, whereby all Divine Persons possess the right to inherit rights that they are entitled; and
(xxii) Ius Divinum Concedere as the Divine Right to Grant Rights, whereby all Divine Persons possessing certain rights that may be granted to another, may then grant one or more of such rights to another; and
(xxiii) Ius Divinum Delegare as the Divine Right to Delegate Rights, whereby all Divine Persons possessing certain rights that may be delegated to another, may then delegate one or more of such rights to another; and
(xxiv) Ius Divinum Revocare as the Divine Right to Revoke Rights, whereby a Divine Person may revoke one or more rights delegated; and
(xxv) Ius Divinum Societas as the Divine Right of Association with other persons, concepts, objects and notions; and
(xxvi) Ius Divinum Abstinendi as the Divine Right of Renunciation, whereby a Divine Person through free will may renounce one or more associations, promises, oaths or vows; and
(xxvii) Ius Divinum Consensum as the Divine Right to Consent. Whereby a Divine Person possesses the right to proper and clear consent, without any implied consent; and
(xxviii) Ius Divinum Consensu Recedere as the Divine Right to withdraw Consent, whereby a Divine Person has the right to change their mind and withdraw consent previously given; and
(xxix) Ius Divinum Dominium as the Divine Right of Absolute Ownership whereby no other form, or body may claim higher ownership for a particular form of property validly held in possession; and
(xxx) Ius Divinum Possessionis as the Divine Right to Possess, Hold and Own rights and property; and
(xxxi) Ius Divinum Usus as the Divine Right of Use of all rights, property, concepts, notions, constructs, ideas and thoughts properly possessed by a particular Divine Person; and
(xxxii) Ius Divinum Usurae as the Divine Right of Fruits (Enjoyment) of Use whereby a Divine Person has the first and primary right over all consciousness, thought, intention and action of their minds; and that no other party may claim a prior right or higher right to seize, arrest or claim some portion of such energy or consciousness; and
(xxxiii) Ius Divinum Proprietatis as the Divine Right of Ownership of Use or Fruits of Use, whereby a Divine Person is properly recognized as the owner of any fruits of use .
Once issued under valid context, a Membership Number for One Heaven cannot be rescinded.
