A Sovereign Dimension, also known as a Regional Spiritual Collective, is the second largest operational division of One Heaven. An affiliated Sovereign Dimension is an ecclesiastically, legally and lawfully constituted subdivision of the Unique Collective of One Heaven corresponding to the past, present and future generations of higher order spirits of a traditional global, empire, faith, religion or international affiliation.

All Regional Spiritual Collectives of One Heaven are recognized as sovereign and independent within the existence, dimension and jurisdiction of One Heaven in accord with the present Covenant. By the present Covenant and laws of Existence, no unaffiliated and independent Sovereign Dimensions as Regional Spiritual Collectives may exist.

A Sovereign Dimension always possesses one or more Collective Divisions (Spiritual Collectives) of two or more Local Dimensions (Local Collectives). Each and every Spirit State and Spiritual Kingdom as signatory to the Treaty of Spirit States is duly recognized as a Sovereign Dimension (Regional Spiritual Collective) subject to the present sacred Covenant.

In accord with the present Covenant and the sacred Covenants of One Christ, One Islam and One Spirit:

(i) All Christian Spirit Members of Heaven, whether Traditional, Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant, Ecumenical, Baptist, Gnostic, Yahudi, Mormon, Jehovah, Uniting, Methodist or any other denomination hereby unite as one in Christ as the Sovereign Dimension and Regional Spiritual Collective of One Christ, terrestrially bound in trust to the Ecclesia known also as One Christ; and

(ii) All Spirit Members of Heaven of the traditions of Judaism, Mithraism, Manichaeism, Meneshism, Persian, Kabbalism, Ebionism, Boethusianism and all other denominations owing their origin through the covenants and writings of the Piso in Europe are hereby united in trust within One Christ, equally with all other members of the new covenant; and

(iii) All Spirit Members of Islam of Heaven, are hereby united as one in Islam as the Sovereign Dimension and Regional Spiritual Collective of One Islam, terrestrially bound in trust to the Society known also as One Islam; and

(iv) All Spirit and Transcended Members of Hinduism, are hereby united as one in Spirit as the Sovereign Dimension and Regional Spiritual Collective of One Spirit, terrestrially bound in trust to the Society known also as One Spirit; and

(v) All Spirit and Transcended Members of Buddhism are hereby united in trust within One Spirit, equally with all other members of the new covenant.

The following criteria are the essential structural components and properties of a valid Sovereign Dimension as a Regional Spiritual Collective:

(i) A unique enclosure and dimension of consciousness and awareness whereby the boundaries of the enclosure are recognized as having historic provenance and meaning; and

(ii) A unique identity in name whereby the name of the Regional Spiritual Collective is recognized as having historic provenance, either as party to the Divine Treaty of Spirit States; or named within the present sacred Covenant; or named and approved at a Great Conclave; and

(iii) A permanent population of Divine Persons as Spirit Members within the bounds of the Regional Spiritual Collective of more than two hundred million (200,000,000) souls; and

(iv) A Legislative of Members, elected to office, possessing the spiritual authority and power in making and amending laws, formed upon the ratification of the present Covenant in association with the formation and recognition of the Sovereign Dimension as a Regional Spiritual Collective; and

(v) An Executive Government, elected to office, representing the government of the Sovereign Dimension.
