By the power and authority of this document, and by the command of the Great Spirits including the Great and Holy Spirits known as Isis, Satan, Ba’al and Lucifer, in accord with the Treaty of Divine Masculine, the Treaty of Divine Feminine, the Treaty of Divine Apostles, the Treaty of Angels, Saints and Demons and the Treaty of Spirit States, all Angels, Saints and Demons have ratified and endorsed the present sacred Covenant, the unity of Heaven and between Heaven and Earth and the end of all claims of War.

In recognition of this great and historic treaty, all Angels, Saints and Demons are honored and recognized as heroes, hereby eligible for election according to the rules of Conclaves of One Heaven.

Furthermore, while it may be that a demon or spirit may defy their own lords and hierarchy and reject peace; and may still act in a deliberately evil manner, even so by the authority and power of this Covenant, no demon may ever be denied the right of membership to One Heaven.

A Supreme Divine Office is an office purely occupied and vested to a Spiritual Member. There are two categories of Supreme Divine Offices being General and Special:

(i) A General Divine Office is an Office whereby a Spiritual Member of One Heaven is nominated and elected by Members to a higher position of Trust and Representation in the administration of Heaven. These positions include a Saint being a revered and honored Spirit Member; and an Apostle as the elected leader and head of a Local Dimension (Local Collective); and a Consul as the elected leader and head of a Collective Dimension (Spiritual Collective); and an Augustus as the elected leader and head of a Sovereign Dimension (Regional Spiritual Collective); and

(ii) A Special Divine Office is an Office whereby a Spiritual Member of One Heaven chooses by their own volition and is suitable qualified and accepted to join one of the Systems of Heaven, including but not limited to: an Muse as a qualified and selected member of the Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) of Heaven; and an Angel as a qualified and selected member of the Angelorum Systemata (Angelic Systems) of Heaven; and an Demon as a qualified and selected member of the Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) of Heaven; and an Wraith as a qualified and selected member of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven; and an Faerie as a qualified and selected member of the Femininum Systemata (Feminine Systems) of Heaven; and an Nomos as a qualified and selected member of the Officium Systemata (Offices Systems) of Heaven; and an Seraphim as a qualified and selected member of the Sacramentum Systemata (Sacramental Systems) of Heaven; and an Cherubim as a qualified and selected member of the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) of Heaven.

Vested by the present sacred Covenant to the three great and sacred Covenants of One Islam, One Christ and One Spirit is the power to elect the Saints charged with office in One Heaven representing planet Earth. It is the duty then of the Saints to serve the one hundred forty four (144) Great Spirits and Deities elected as the Executive Government of One Heaven.

A total of one hundred forty four thousand (144,000) saints of office are to be elected by the combined Members of the three (3) great faiths of One Islam, One Christ and One Spirit Tribe on behalf of planet Earth for a period of one hundred twenty eight years (128) at an official celebration known as the Great Conclave of One Heaven. Saints that have been re-elected three (3) times are to be known as Holy Saints and ineligible to hold further office except Great Spirit.

Only Holy Saints may be eligible to be elected by the Living Members of One Heaven to the Offices of Apostle, or Consul or Augustus.

In recognition of the permanent Government of One Heaven upon the Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding being GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009], it is hereby recognized that the existing Saints of traditional religions represented now by One Islam, One Christ and One Spirit have been duly elected to official positions of the Spiritual Dimensions, subject to ratification by the first permanent Supreme Councils of all three (3) religions.
