| O you who believe! Let it be said: Al-Adl; |
| The Justice, the honor and respect of fair law; |
| The one, true and only Rule of Law; |
| And the eighty-sixth name of Allah, the One, the Absolute, the Almighty. |
| To know of what one is accused; |
| To know the evidence upon which one may be condemned; |
| To be granted the opportunity to defend one’s honor; |
| To allow others to testify in one’s defense; |
| To be told the form of law upon which one will be judged; |
| For such matters to be heard by a judge without motive or interest with either the accuser or accused; |
| That all speak nothing but the truth; |
| To free a man and penalize his accusers if the accusations are false; |
| To execute the penalty as described if the accusations be proven true; |
| This is Justice. |
| This is the law. |
| Allah is Just and Justice is to honor the living law of the creator of all the heavens; |
| To follow it carefully and to render judgment fairly. |
| Knowing that the Justice of Allah never sleeps. |
| In truth and justice, there is no disparity. |
| In the absence of justice, there is no rule of law. |
| Justice cannot exist without knowledge. |
