1	One winter, a Farmer found a Snake stiff and frozen with cold.
2	He felt compassion for its demise, and taking it up, placed it in his home near his own chest.
3	The Snake was quickly revived by the warmth and care of the Farmer,
4	And resuming its natural instinct, bit its benefactor, inflicting on him a mortal wound.
5	Upon his last breath, the Farmer said thus: Alas Oh Gods! For I be a foolish heart!
6	That I took pity upon a scoundrel and believed by love alone I could force it to change character.
