Book 1 – The Beginning

1	Before one speaks;
2	As it has always been custom,
3	All law to be justice must be spoken;
4	By One whom possesses Right to speak,
5	And by One whom carries Right spirit of knowledge,
6	And One whom demonstrates Respect of right ceremony:
7	All words and language are sacred.
8	All language when assembled in right ceremony and right spirit,
9	Be the most precious gift of all.
10	Without right language, there is no life,
11	Only existence.
12	Without right language,
13	There be no right ceremony.
14	Without right ceremony and spirit,
15	There be no country.
16	Since the Dreaming, there has been only One Law;
17	One Law from beginning of Creation.
18	While many peoples have come and gone;
19	Law has never died or left the land.
20	Honor the Law. Honor Yapa and you honor all peoples.
21	This is why most ancient of ancestors sung (in ceremony):
22	"One Law, One Language, One Custom"
