| 4 | Any treaty, agreement, pledge, contract, promise, grant, gift or conveyance that claims to derogate or abrogate any part of the rights, powers, authorities and validity of Yapa is automatically null and void from the beginning having no effective force of law. |
| 5 | Any law that is against such truth cannot be law. |
