2Valid Communities under Yapa may enter into agreements with other communities in accordance to International Law and the laws of Yapa.

4Any treaty, agreement, pledge, contract, promise, grant, gift or conveyance that claims to derogate or abrogate any part of the rights, powers, authorities and validity of Yapa is automatically null and void from the beginning having no effective force of law.
5Any law that is against such truth cannot be law.
