17   Community Law

1This be Community Law:
2Any one physically born upon the land known as Australia belongs to the great spirit of Australia and is automatically part of the community of Yapa, whether a tribe or nation officially recognizes such fact.
3It is the obligation and solemn sacred duty of each tribe and nation to recognize the inherit rights of community recognition for all people physically born upon the land known as Australia.
4A community, subject to its proper laws, may choose to adopt a man or woman to their community, providing they choose to live within the jurisdiction of the community.
5No one who is a valid member of a community may be prejudiced on the basis of their skin color, length of ancestral connection to the land, race of origin or gender.
6Any law that is against such truth cannot be law.
