| 2 | Any one physically born upon the land known as Australia belongs to the great spirit of Australia and is automatically part of the community of Yapa, whether a tribe or nation officially recognizes such fact. |
| 3 | It is the obligation and solemn sacred duty of each tribe and nation to recognize the inherit rights of community recognition for all people physically born upon the land known as Australia. |
| 4 | A community, subject to its proper laws, may choose to adopt a man or woman to their community, providing they choose to live within the jurisdiction of the community. |
| 5 | No one who is a valid member of a community may be prejudiced on the basis of their skin color, length of ancestral connection to the land, race of origin or gender. |
| 6 | Any law that is against such truth cannot be law. |
