| 15 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Insignia; |
| 16 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Seal; |
| 17 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Sanctuary; |
| 18 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Rights; |
| 19 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Office; |
| 20 | Knowledge of the Law of Sacred Initiation; |
| 21 | Knowledge of the Law of Funeral Rights; |
| 22 | Knowledge of the Law of Matrimony; |
| 23 | Knowledge of the Law of Trade; |
| 24 | Knowledge of the Law of Argument; |
| 25 | Knowledge of the Law of Treaty. |
| 26 | Second Law is second highest law. |
| 27 | No lesser law may contradict it, |
| 28 | And no Second Law may contradict First Law. |
| 29 | Second Law be by edicts from the great council of wise ancestors, |
| 30 | Given at the time of the First Great Redemption, |
| 31 | And agreed by all tribes. |
| 32 | Second Law is the Second Law of Yapa. |
| 33 | Second Law be the Five Great Circles of Law; |
| 34 | The Five Great Laws of community; |
| 35 | The Great Circle of Language of Awareness; |
| 36 | The Great Circle of Ceremony of Awareness; |
| 37 | The Great Circle of Family of Love; |
| 38 | The Great Circle of Moiety of Life; |
| 39 | The Great Circle of Country of Life. |
| 40 | These great Circles be A.L.L. connected in Dreaming, |
| 41 | Through the past, present future action of spirit in form, |
| 42 | And Through knowledge and awareness of perspective of the Universal Dream. |
| 43 | The five Great Circles be inter connected, |
| 44 | By the Four Major circles of unity: |
| 45 | The Major Circle of Matrimony; |
| 46 | The Major Circle of Argument; |
| 47 | The Major Circle of Treaty; |
| 48 | The Major Circle of Trade. |
| 49 | Then be supported by the eight sacred circles: |
| 50 | The Key Circle of Sacred Objects; |
| 51 | The Key Circle of Sacred Insignia; |
| 52 | The Key Circle of Sacred Seal; |
| 53 | The Key Circle of Sacred Sanctuary; |
| 54 | The Key Circle of Sacred Rights; |

| 58 | Any law that dishonors such law cannot be law. |
