10 | Every good food and every bad food of country; |
11 | Every right food and every taboo food and drug of country; |
12 | Every meeting place of family; |
13 | Every ancient camp sites of tribe; |
14 | Every right path and where one is forbidden to travel. |
15 | Only one who is a true custodian of country, |
16 | May count and name and speak of country. |
17 | It be Law from the First Age, |
18 | Only men and women properly initiated into sacred office, |
19 | Through proper ceremony be true custodians of country. |
20 | A man or woman not a proper custodian, |
21 | Cannot speak for country. |
22 | Such a man or woman is an imposter. |
23 | A man or woman who deliberately damages sanctuary, |
24 | Can never be a custodian of land or country. |
25 | The Great Circle of Country be connected to all other Great Circles of Law. |
26 | The count and name of country be the fourth knowledge. |
27 | A man or woman who does not know third knowledge, of food cannot learn country. |
28 | A man or woman who does not know second knowledge of species cannot learn country. |
29 | A man or woman who does not know first knowledge of moiety, family and generations cannot learn country. |
30 | When one knows country, one learns dreaming of country. |
31 | One acquires knowledge through ceremony to see country. |
32 | Not just see all that can be seen, but all that is not seen, |
33 | All spirit and disturbance of spirit, |
34 | All motion of spirit in past and present. |
35 | When one learns country, one can see the tracks of spirit in country, |
36 | Long after the fellow or animal has gone. |
37 | When one learns country, one can sense the changes coming. |
38 | Well before the storm or winds rise up. |
39 | No community may claim ownership of country, |
40 | As it is not theirs to give, claim or receive. |
41 | Any people who claim ownership of country, are without claim: |
42 | Such falsity and injury of the law negates any right and sacred office; |
43 | Such falsity and injury forbids such people to be custodians; |
44 | Such falsity and injury forbids such people to reside in country. |
45 | No one can claim country but those given country by spirit and Second Law. |
46 | To falsely claim country is be forbidden to be a custodian of any country, |
47 | To be forbidden to enter country to which one has spoken untruth. |
48 | Any law that dishonors such law cannot be law. |
