| This be the Law of Sacred Sanctuary: |

| Places be made sacred and sanctuary, |
| By sacred intentions and sacred acts. |

| The first be the space occupied by a man or woman, |
| Who stands in true honor before First Law. |
| The second form of sanctuary be places of land or water in country. |
| When sanctuary be second form it may be of four types: |
| The first be as a sacred Temple, |
| For the store and preservation of sacred objects; |
| The second be as a sacred Necropolis, |
| For the remains of the dead; |
| The third be as a sacred Forum, |
| For the conduct of law and resolution of disputes. |
| The fourth be as a sacred Meeting Place, |
| For the conduct of sacred ceremony, trade and community meeting. |

| And in honor and respect of all living members of skin and family. |

| That the Altar is protected and cannot be easily seen. |
| The sacredness of Inner Sanctuary is the sacred of all holy places. |

| It is why it be the most serious transgression for one without permission, |
| To set eyes on an Altar or be present in Inner Sanctuary. |
| A sacred place is not a Temple unless it possesses one or more Altars. |
| The murder of any living animal or people within Inner Sanctuary or Temple is forbidden. |
| The presence of human or animal bones, or dried flesh or blood, |
| Is forbidden to be near or upon an altar, |
| Or within the bounds of Inner Sanctuary or Temple. |
| It be an abomination and insult against the divine creator spirit, |
| And it be an abomination against all spirits, living and deceased, |
| To bring the remains of any animal or people within the bounds of Temple. |
| As to the second form of sanctuary of land and water being Necropolis: |
| It be the most sacred place for the burial and rest of the bodies of the dead. |
| To desecrate the bones and bodies of the dead, |
| Is one of the worst transgressions against all spirit. |
| There be no magic, but madness and illness of one's own spirit, |
| When one desecrate sacred Necropolis, |
| The honor and rest and respect of the dead, |
| Is the sign of all civilized people who possess law. |
| A people who desecrate sacred Necropolis, |
| A people who respect nothing of the dead and disturb their remains, |
| Have no law or culture. |
| Such savages and creatures invoke all madness and illness of spirit, |
| Upon themselves and their children and descendants. |
| As to the third form of sanctuary of land and water being sacred Forum: |
| Sacred Sanctuary exists around an Oratory of the Forum. |
| An Oratory is a sacred place within the sacred Sanctuary of Forum, |
| Upon which people come in honor and respect, |
| And law is spoken for justice, in honor of rule of law. |
| An accusation not spoken and adjudicated in Oratory be not law; |
| A dispute not discussed and judged in Oratory be not law. |
| A people who respect not sacred Oratory and sacred Forum, |
| Have no rule of law and are the lowest of creatures. |
| Any law that dishonors such law cannot be law. |
