1 | This be the Law of Sacred Rights: |
2 | Rights be permission and authority of Use, |
3 | Never the Use itself. |
4 | There be two forms of Rights: |
5 | Rights by Use and Rights by Claim. |
6 | Rights by Use be the proper use, |
7 | And possession of Rights over certain form. |
8 | Rights by Claim be the proper acknowledgment of a claim, |
9 | Over certain Rights to use certain form. |
10 | Claim be a cause brought before the law and witnessed, |
11 | Where one man or woman, claims a legitimate right of possession, |
12 | Without currently possessing the form. |
13 | A Claim not agreed in law is not acknowledged. |
14 | Form is the shape and appearance of Spirit in reality. |
15 | Form is never the Spirit itself, |
16 | But the meaning and qualities described to it. |
17 | There be seven Forms of Spirit: |
18 | The first Form is Dream or Night Sky; |
19 | The second Form is Spirit or Mist; |
20 | The third Form is Light or Fire; |
21 | The fourth Form is Man or Woman or Star People; |
22 | The fifth Form is Animal or Plant; |
23 | The sixth Form is Rock or Earth; |
24 | The seventh Form is Water or Wind. |
25 | A Spirit in Form cannot possess the Form of another. |
26 | Only Spirit not in form, |
27 | Can temporarily possess the Form of another. |
28 | This is why the Great Dreamer is the only owner, |
29 | And all other Spirits may only be custodians by law. |
30 | This is why Rights by Claim can only ever be for use, not as owner. |
31 | A Spirit in Form may temporarily use the Form of another, |
32 | Only as a custodian by law. |
33 | Proper Possession is the right actions of holding and using a form, |
34 | According to right intention under sacred oath. |
35 | Proper Possession is to be a proper custodian. |
36 | Rights of Country remain with Country; |
37 | Rights of Sanctuary remain with Sanctuary; |
38 | Rights of Community remain with Community; |
39 | Rights of Moiety remain with Skin; |
40 | Rights of Office remain with Office; |
41 | But certain Rights of Family may be given or taken to other Family; |
42 | And certain Rights of Trade may be given or taken to other tribes. |
43 | Rights that remain cannot be taken or surrendered. |
44 | Only Rights that can be taken or granted can change. |
45 | A man or woman who tries to take a Form against the law, |
46 | Possesses no right to use such Form. |
47 | A man or woman who does not bind themselves to right intention, |
48 | Has no Rights of possession. |
49 | A man or woman who fails right actions as custodian, |
50 | Has no Rights of possession. |
51 | A man or woman who brings false claim, |
52 | Has no Rights of possession. |
53 | As it is the Spirit that chooses which form it wishes to manifest, |
54 | The spirit of a man or woman possesses the exclusive Rights, |
55 | Over the physical form being the body. |
56 | As Spirit also chooses for manifest as plant or animal, |
57 | The spirit of the plant, tree or animal possesses exclusive Rights, |
58 | Over the physical form it chooses to manifest. |
59 | No man or woman may claim Rights over the form of another man or woman. |
60 | A people who seek to enslave another, |
61 | Have no culture or law. |
62 | A People who defile sacred rights, |
63 | Curse their own civilization and are without honor. |
64 | A man or woman who deliberately injures the sacred rights of other, |
65 | Can never themselves occupy a sacred office; |
66 | Can never possess valid authority; |
67 | And can never be a custodian of sacred objects. |
68 | Any law that dishonors such law cannot be law. |
