All valid Remedy and Relief shall be by one or more Perfect Writs of Right as the one, true and only valid forms of Original Entry and Original Action. All forms of coercive powers and enforcement including, but not limited to prevention, protection, restitution, restoration, seizure, search, sanction, arrest, custody, penalty or satisfaction, shall be enacted via one or more valid Perfect Writs of Right. 

There shall be three classes of Perfect Writs of Right, being Divine, True and Superior:

(i) Perfect Divine Writs of Right and Action shall be the Right of Original Entry and Action for all Divine Rights in relation to all Divine Persons, Divine Trusts and Divine Estates; and

(ii) Perfect True Writs of Right and Rule of Law shall be the Right of Original Entry and Action for all Natural Rights in relation to all True Persons, True Trusts and True Estates; and

(iii) Perfect Superior Writs of Right and Enforcement shall be the Right of Original Entry and Action for all Superior Rights in relation to all Superior Persons, Superior Trusts and Superior Estates of valid Ucadia Societies and competent forums of Law.

The enforcement and coercive powers of Perfect Writs of Right may only be issued in relation to Members of One Heaven and Ucadia being Divine Persons, or True Persons or Superior Persons, as well as any other lesser bodies, bodies politic, associations, partnerships, companies, entities, fraternities, religious organizations, corporations or persons under the Jurisdiction of the Divine Creator of all Existence and all Heaven and Earth.

By definition, the very existence of any Divine Person or claim of authority or power or right from Heaven of a lesser body, association, person or entity, is prima facie proof of an ecclesiastical and trust relation acknowledging the Jurisdiction of the Divine Creator of all Existence and all Heaven and Earth. Furthermore, the existence of a flesh body is irrefutable proof of the conveyance of divinity from a Divine Trust to a True Trust and the willing consent by the Divine Person to perform and obey the obligations of making such a gift in accord with the present sacred Covenant. All enforcement through valid Perfect Writs of Right is therefore considered imperative in nature.

Whenever a valid Perfect True Writ of Right and Rule of Law is issued, a Perfect Divine Writ of Right and Action of the same type shall be issued and duly recorded in Heaven. Thus, the existence of a registered Perfect True Writ within the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven and any associated Gazette notices shall be prima facie evidence that what is enacted in the temporal realm is also enacted within the spiritual realm.

Whenever a valid Perfect Superior Writ of Right and Enforcement is issued, a Perfect Divine Writ of Right and Action of the same type shall be issued and duly recorded in Heaven. Thus, the existence of a registered Perfect Superior Writ of Right and Enforcement within the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven and any associated Gazette notices shall be prima facie evidence that what is enacted in the temporal realm is also enacted within the spiritual realm.

The eleven (11) most sacred Perfect Divine Writs of Right and Action are the highest possible valid forms of Coercive Powers, Enforcement and Right of Remedy of Original Entry and Original Action of all conceptual and actual Existence and may only be invoked and issued in accord with the conditions herein. Evidence of a valid record within the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven and Ucadia Gazette shall be prima facie proof of a duly promulgated Perfect Divine Writ of Right and Action.

Perfect Divine Writs of Right are usually issued simultaneously upon the promulgation of either a valid Perfect True Writ of Right and Rule of Law in relation to a True Person, or True Trust or True Estate; or in relation to a Perfect Superior Writ of Right and Enforcement with one or more Superior Persons, or Superior Trusts or Superior Estates. However, Perfect Divine Writ of Right and Action shall apply only to Divine Persons, Divine Trusts and Divine Estates. 

The eleven Perfect Divine Writs of Right and Action are:

(i) Recto Divinum Petitionis as the Divine Writ of Claim of Right or Relief; and

(ii) Recto Divinum Originalis as the Divine Original Writ (of Right); and

(iii) Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as the Divine Writ of Right of Revelation; and

(iv) Recto Divinum Investigationis as the Divine Writ of Inquiry and Search; and

(v) Recto Divinum Capionis as the Divine Writ of Seizure and Return; and

(vi) Recto Divinum Custodiae as the Divine Writ of Arrest and Custody; and

(vii) Recto Divinum Documentis as the Divine Writ of correcting Records of Proof; and

(viii) Recto Divinum Expungo as the Divine Writ of expunging Records of Proof; and

(ix) Recto Divinum Abrogationis as the Divine Writ of Annulment of Previous Laws and Instruments; and

(x) Recto Divinum Interdico as the Divine Writ of Prohibition and Imposition; and

(xi) Recto Divinum Restitutio as the Divine Writ of Compensation and Restoration.

The three Perfect True Writs of Right and Rule of Law are the highest possible valid forms of Coercive Powers, Enforcement and Right of Remedy within the dimension of the Universe, Solar System and planet Earth. When a True Person in the Office of Man or Office of Woman is faced with the absence of any functional society under the laws of Ucadia and the Golden Rule of Law where they live; or faces some contentious trial, or some imminent threat or danger, then such a True Person, being competent in law, is able to evoke and promulgate one of True Writs of Right and Rules of Law.

A valid Perfect True Writ of Right and Rule of Law is always issued in concurrence with a Perfect Divine Writs of Right and Action. 

The three Perfect True Writs of Right and Justice and Action are:

(i) Recto Verum Petitionis as the Natural Right to promulgated a True Writ of Claim of Right or Relief, as inherited from Recto Divinum Petitionis; and

(ii) Recto Verum Originalis as the Natural Right to promulgated a True Original Writ of Right, as inherited from Recto Divinum Originalis; and

(iii) Recto Verum Apocalypsis as the Natural Right to promulgated a True Writ of Right of Revelation, as inherited from Recto Divinum Apocalypsis.

The eleven (11) most sacred Perfect Superior Writs of Right and Enforcement are the highest possible valid forms of Coercive Powers, Enforcement and Right of Remedy of any society, body, body politic, person, aggregate, association or entity within the Galaxy, the Solar System and Planet Earth.

These eleven (11) sacred writs shall be known as the Superior Writs of Right and Enforcement and may only be invoked and issued in accord with the conditions herein. No other force or power of coercion exists that is greater than the Superior Writs of Right and Enforcement.

The eleven Superior Writs of Right and Enforcement are:

(i) Recto Petitionis as the Superior Writ of Claim of Right or Relief, as inherited from Recto Divinum Petitionis; and

(ii) Recto Originalis as the Superior Original Writ (of Right) , as inherited from Recto Divinum Originalis; and

(iii) Recto Apocalypsis as the Superior Writ of Right of Revelation, as inherited from Recto Divinum Apocalypsis; and

(iv) Recto Investigationis as the Superior Writ of Inquiry and Search, as inherited from Recto Divinum Investigationis; and

(v) Recto Capionis as the Superior Writ of Seizure and Return, as inherited from Recto Divinum Capionis; and

(vi) Recto Custodiae as the Superior Writ of Arrest and Custody, as inherited from Recto Divinum Custodiae; and

(vii) Recto Documentis as the Superior Writ of correcting Records of Proof, as inherited from Recto Divinum Documentis; and

(viii) Recto Expungo as the Superior Writ of expunging Records of Proof, as inherited from Recto Divinum Expungo; and

(ix) Recto Abrogationis as the Divine Writ of Annulment of Previous Laws and Instruments, as inherited from Recto Divinum Abrogationis; and

(x) Recto Interdico as the Superior Writ of Prohibition and Imposition, as inherited from Recto Divinum Interdico; and

(xi) Recto Restitutio as the Superior Writ of Compensation and Restoration, as inherited from Recto Divinum Restitutio.

The Divine Writ of Claim of Right or Relief (Recto Divinum Petitionis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, or associated Superior Person as a named or unnamed beneficiary, or agent, or holder of beneficial title seeks action on a Claim of Right, or to abdicate, or derogate, or mitigate or abrogate certain obligations or responsibilities in the event of some incapacity, or impossibility, or unfairness, or unreasonableness, or bad faith, or vexation, or unclean hands, or other breach of trust or lawful excuse.

The Divine Original Writ of Right (Recto Divinum Originalis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses a valid Cause of Action upon some wrong, or injury as defined by a valid Memorandum of Complaint and supported by a properly invoked Affidavit as testimony. The Divine Original Writ of Right or “Original Writ” shall then be the foundation of any proceedings within a competent forum of law.

The Divine Writ of Right of Revelation (Recto Divinum Apocalypsis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possessing a valid Divine Commission evokes and enacts such a Sacred Writ on behalf of the Divine Creator of all existence and all Heaven and Earth to prevent or cease the continued violation of one or more valid Rights, or redress one or more wrongs, or restore one or more Rights.

The Divine Writ of Inquiry and Search (Recto Divinum Investigationis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person is faced with compelling evidence of persistent obstruction, denial or delay as to the truth of a matter material to one or more valid Rights, or the existence or state of affairs concerning one or more concepts or objects material to one or more valid Rights.

The Divine Writ of Seizure and Return (Recto Divinum Capionis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence that certain objects or concepts or forms or property are being held, detained or possessed by another party in direct violation of one or more valid Rights.

The Divine Writ of Arrest and Custody (Recto Divinum Custodiae) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of probable cause that a party did violate one or more valid Rights or continues to be in violation of one or more valid Rights.

The Divine Writ of correcting Records of Proof (Recto Divinum Documentis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of false records, false titles, letters patent or other documents granting certain rights and privileges to other parties that are not entitled in direct violation of one or more valid Rights of the one issuing the Sacred Writ.

The Divine Writ of expunging Records of Proof (Recto Divinum Expungo) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of deliberately false records, false titles, misleading and deceptive documents by another party in direct violation of one or more valid Rights of the one issuing the Sacred Writ.

The Divine Writ of Annulment of Previous Laws and Instruments (Recto Divinum Abrogationis) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of deliberately false, or profane, or heretical, or fraudulent, or misleading or repugnant statutes, edicts, prescripts, rescripts, letters, charters, patents, bylaws, regulations, orders, judgments or other legal instruments in direct violation of one or more valid Rights of the one issuing the Sacred Writ.

The Divine Writ of Prohibition and Imposition (Recto Divinum Interdico) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of probable cause that one or more parties did persistently and habitually violate one or more valid Rights and continues to be in blatant violation of one or more valid Rights.

The Divine Writ of Compensation and Restoration (Recto Divinum Restitutio) shall be reserved as the Remedy (of Original Entry and Original Action) when any Divine Person, True Person or associated Superior Person possesses compelling evidence of probable cause that one or more parties did persistently and habitually violate one or more valid Rights, causing harm, injury and loss to the party to the one issuing the valid Sacred Writ.
