Article 121 - Imagination

121.1
Imagination (link)

All communication to the Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) of Heaven by living Members of One Heaven shall be by Imagination in accord with the present sacred Covenant. The methods, rules and standards of proper Imagination shall be defined by the present sacred Covenant and associated covenants and no other. All properly conferred Imagination shall be received, recorded and acknowledged by the Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) of One Heaven.

121.2
Nature and Character of Imagination (link)

Imagination by its very definition means “the ability to form new images and sensations in the mind; a conception, or notion of mind; or the act of creating or reproducing an object not previously perceived; and the ability to create such images”. Thus, Imagination is not only fundamental to learning and integrating new knowledge, but the very acts of creation and invention.

121.3
Reprobate, Profane and Repugnant forms of Imagination (link)

The freedom of Imagination is a fundamental Right of all Members of Heaven, living or deceased, whether or not such forms of Imagination are negative, malevolent, perfidious, hateful or any other form of negative intention, desire or motive. Therefore, no member may be condemned purely on an Imagined Thought or Concept or Idea alone. A distinction is therefore made between the rights of Members to think and imagine what they choose and the rights of others to influence such Imagination as well as such Imagination to then be accepted or rejected by the systems of One Heaven.

No body, or entity or individual consciousness has the right to corrupt, or manipulate or enslave the collective Imagination of the Homo Sapien species or any other higher order species. When such attacks and attempts or systems are sought to be put into effect, it is the solemn duty of each and every member of One Heaven to degrade, disrupt and ultimately destroy such reprobate, profane and repugnant activities.

Furthermore, whilst an individual consciousness is free to Imagine what they choose, all Imagined Images, or Concepts or Thoughts shall be rejected as invalid and improper by the Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) of One Heaven:

(i) If it is deliberately cruel or malevolent in its intent, design or inference; or

(ii) If it is deliberately dishonest, deceptive or perfidious in its intent, design or inference; or

(iii) If it is frivolous, or profane or disrespect in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or

(iv) If it is irrational, or unreasonable or illogical in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or

(v) If it motivated or driven by hate, greed, jealously, anger or lust; or

(vi) If it motivated or driven by an attempt to shift blame or avoid accepting self-responsibility; or

(vii) If it motivated or driven by a desire, or wish, or worship of money or abundant material wealth.

121.4
The restoration of Binding (link)

Once broken, a binding can only be restored by a formal process of acknowledgment, remorse, penance and then the granting of permission to produce a valid Oath or Vow.

In order for a Binding to be valid, by the present Covenant, the associated Vow or Oath must therefore be valid.
