Article 120 - Incantation
All communication to the Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) of Heaven by living Members of One Heaven shall be by Incantation in accord with the present sacred Covenant. The methods, rules and standards of proper Incantation shall be defined by the present sacred Covenant and associated covenants and no other. All properly conferred Incantation shall be received, recorded and acknowledged by the Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) of One Heaven.
Incantation by its very definition means “to vocalize some formula of words or prose, sung or spoken, often in the context of other rituals and activities”. Thus the positive vocal expression of such a formula of words or prose is fundamental to the operative function of any proper Incantation. An Incantation may be memorialized in writing as witness to the event. However, any such memorandum or certificate is always dependent upon the action of the said Incantation first being spoken. A proper Incantation may stand alone, or may also represent part of a more complex series of ritual or events.
An Incantation shall be reprobate, profane, repugnant and therefore invalid and improper and rejected by the Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) of One Heaven:
(i) If it is deliberately harmful, negative or malevolent in its intent, design or inference; or
(ii) If it is deliberately dishonest, deceptive or perfidious in its intent, design or inference; or
(iii) If it is frivolous, or profane or disrespect in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or
(iv) If it is irrational, or unreasonable or illogical in its intent, or tone, or design or inference; or
(v) If it motivated or driven by hate, greed, jealously, anger or lust; or
(vi) If it motivated or driven by an attempt to shift blame or avoid accepting self-responsibility; or
(vii) If it motivated or driven by a desire, or wish, or worship of money or abundant material wealth.
