A Bishop is an ordained and consecrated member of a clergy, entrusted to a leading pastoral position. The Office of Bishop is one of the fourteen Superior Ecclesiastical Offices of the Four Hundred and Thirty Two (432) Great Offices of One Heaven.

A Bishop by definition must be one who possesses the character of Consecration as a Cleric. Furthermore, a Bishop must possess the strength and dignity of one living and exemplified under sacred Oath and Vows of a Mendicant.

All Procedures including (but not limited to) the commission, obligations, authority, powers, function, standards, qualifications, honors, dignities, conduct, accountabilities, grades, benefits, legacies, term, investiture, enrolment, certification, review, audit, censure, sanction or cessation of the Office of Bishop shall be defined by the present Covenant and associated rules and covenants including, but not limited to Pactum De Singularis Christus (Covenant of One Christ), Pactum De Singularis Islam (Covenant of One Islam) and Pactum De Singularis Spiritus (Covenant of One Spirit).

Mission and Purposes of Office of Bishop (link)

The primary mission of the Office of Bishop is to embody and personify a sacred and consecrated life of the true hero, who by their own free will, chooses the difficult and constantly changing path of service and holiness above material wealth and self addictions, to be called to service as a leader of community spirit and dignified life. The main purposes of the Office of Bishop are :

(i) Exemplification as a living symbol of the unfathomable love, sacredness and compassion of the Divine Creator of all Existence as to all life; and an eternal reminder of the possibilities that may be accomplished; and

(ii) Contemplation as to the deepest mysteries and truths of existence as expressed throughout the canonical scriptures of the twenty two collections known as Maxima Textibus Sacris and the fabric of Ucadia; and

(iii) Emancipation as the consequence of a clear and firm commitment to a journey of enlightenment and self discovery afforded a life of contemplation, exemplification and sanctification; and

(iv) Educate others to become competent in the knowledge of the application of the Golden Rule of Law through the laws of Ucadia to deliver true Justice and fair Process to all in the continued improvement of the quality of life for all life; and

(v) Counsel and assist members of the community in their matters in complete confidence and trust; and

(vi) Officiate rituals associated with the dispensation of one or more of the thirty three sacred sacraments of Summa Sacramenta; and

(vii) Dispense the appropriate sacraments in solemnity, respect according to the liturgy and instruction associated with the Summa Sacramenta.
