An Advocate, also known as Advocatus Aureus Iurisor“Advocate of the Golden Rule of Law”, is a person suitably qualified, competent and capable in proper law, in respect of the Golden Rule of Law, Justice and Due Process. The Office of Advocate is one of the fourteen Superior Ecclesiastical Offices of the Four Hundred and Thirty Two (432) Great Offices of One Heaven.

All Procedures including (but not limited to) the commission, obligations, authority, powers, function, standards, qualifications, honors, dignities, conduct, accountabilities, grades, benefits, legacies, term, investiture, enrolment, certification, review, audit, censure, sanction or cessation of the Office of Advocate shall be defined by the present Covenant and associated rules and covenants including, but not limited to Pactum De Singularis Christus (Covenant of One Christ), Pactum De Singularis Islam (Covenant of One Islam) and Pactum De Singularis Spiritus (Covenant of One Spirit).

The primary mission of the Office of Advocate is to embody and personify the living law of the Divine Creator of all Existence through the laws of Ucadia by the constant application of the Golden Rule of Law to deliver true Justice and fair Process. The main purposes of the Office of Advocate are :

(i) Evangelize and promote the application of the living law of the Divine Creator of all Existence through the laws of Ucadia to deliver true Justice and fair Process to all; and

(ii) Restore the Golden Rule of Law to communities where tyranny, corruption and falsity has previous prevailed; and

(iii) Educate others to become competent in the application of the Golden Rule of Law through the laws of Ucadia to deliver true Justice and fair Process to all; and

(iv) Counsel and assist others in their matters, particular when facing tyrants, dictates, false laws, injustice and corrupt bodies; and

(v) Personify the living law as the highest jurist in legal forums and places absent of competence, or honor or any valid form of law.
