Article 16 - Mandatum Volitio

16.1
Mandatum Volitio (Mandate of Volition as Free Will and Choice) (link)

Mandatum Volitio is the term given concerning the first law of the twelve laws of Creation and a Mandate of Unique Collective Awareness as the manifestation of the Divine Creator that all conscious entities possess the absolute right of free will or “volition” and “choice”.

Mandatum Volitio is the acknowledgement that each and every being capable of consciousness and discerning their own thoughts is ultimately responsible for their own actions.

Furthermore, the term Mandatum Volitiois a supremely sacred command and edict states that conscious entities not tied by Oath and Vow or claim of authority to Office are restricted in their manner and level of influence concerning “free will and choice”.

Mandatum Volitio therefore does not apply in respect of actions against being that have dishonored, disgraced, usurped or denigrated one or more Sacred Offices.

16.2
Aggregatum Volitio (link)

The Aggregate of Volition orAggregatum Volitio is the sum of intentions, wills, choices and actions within a given temporal dimension is the base of calculation that the rule of Mandatum Volitio shall be applied.

No Spirit Member, nor Living Member exists within a vacuum of consciousness or free will and choice. The effect of our choices and free will and the effect of the choices of others determines in a “collective effect” the influence to some degree on the events as they unfold. That does not mean the individual powers of free will and choice are diminished for each individual only that such influence outside of our self consciousness, must take into effect the aggregate choices and environment.

16.3
Mysterium Volitio (link)

Mysterium Volitio is resulting effect after Aggregatum Volitio is calculated. It means the revelation of free will and choice. It does not mean “the mystery of God’s will”.

The term Mysterium Volitio is used as the accumulative effect of free will and choice may produce different outcomes given very similar circumstances, whereas an apparent intervention occurs in one instance but not the other.

This is not to excuse or diminish the effect but to state that Mysterium Volitio is unpredictable given the circumstances, unless overwhelming evidence exists to the contrary.
