The one, true and only Official Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding, also known as the Day of the Apocalypse, also known as the Apocalypse, also known as the Day of the 1st Divine Post and Notice, shall be GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009].

Let it be known to all who come that this is the Day when Notice of Divine Agreement and Understanding was duly served on behalf of the one true Divine Creator of all existence and witnessed by the united spirits of Heaven upon those officials and their agents who claim to rule the Homo Sapien species on presumed authority from Heaven.

No other Day except GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009] is permitted to be known as the Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding, nor shall there ever exist any second valid Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding.

Let it be known that from the one true Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding being GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009] until GAIA E8:Y3210:A1:S1:M17:D1 also known as [Tuesday, 21 Dec 2010], shall be known as the Year of Divine Agreement and Understanding represented as year 3209.

In accord with the universal law of free will and consent, the word “agreement” implies a “meeting of minds” and mutual consent. Divine Agreement, therefore means the meeting of Divine Mind with the mind and consent, or refusal of mind of unique Homo Sapiens claiming positions of power on behalf of Divine Mind.

In accord with the present sacred covenant, all valid Office is derived solely from Heaven through the present Covenant; and those that breach such sacred trust in the dereliction of their responsibilities and instead deliberately and willfully cause the murder and torture of innocent Living Members agree by their actions to face the full force of the Wraiths of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems), by whatever means necessary.

Yet, despite such maladministration and abandonment of duty by many of the present leaders and their agents upon planet Earth, to not offer them an opportunity for redemption, for peace and for renewed competence, would be contrary to perfect justice of the Divine Creator. Therefore, the present leadership of the planet must be afforded every opportunity, repeatedly and with an abundance of public notice to redeem themselves and change and let history be the judge.

While the Divine Mind is infinitely larger and superior in one perspective to the singular mind of a Homo Sapien, the mind of any man or woman is also ipso facto part of the greater collective mind or singularity of existence. Therefore, at one level, such a “meeting of minds” and therefore valid agreement is legitimately possible under all valid forms of law.

However, the choice to be competent and to change rests in the unique perspective of each living mind of a man or woman who seeks to hold office, to hold authority and power and to claim control of property and wealth. To force a mind to change would be to violate the fundamental law of “free will”.

In accord with the present sacred Covenant, the word “understand” possesses one superior meaning  to “stand under” the rule of law by the superiority of Divine Law, followed by Natural Law and finally Positive Law.

To “understand” therefore is to recognize that all authority, all power, all claim of right is ultimately derived from honoring the true intent and will of the one true Divine Creator of all existence, all matter and all life. That when a man or woman in a position of authority refuses to “understand” or demonstrates an inability to “understand” they immediately render themselves excommunicated from any office deriving its ultimate authority from Heaven.

Divine Understanding is therefore a call to all officials that claim any form of authority, or any form of power, or ownership or enforcement from Heaven to acknowledge that the present sacred Covenant is the sole source of any authority and power and no other.

The complete Notice of Divine Agreement and Understanding served upon the Day of Divine Agreement and Understanding is the present sacred Covenant and the Seven Writs of the Apocalypse as the most Complete Perfected Notice in all the Universe, Heavens and upon the Earth.

The Task of ensuring all spirits of all dimensions of Heavens or hells receive fair Notice of this Divine Agreement and Understanding, that a Great Spirit is appointed to be the 1st Divine Messenger to bear witness to the supreme truth of the Divine Notice.

(i) The first Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Primus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all spirits of departed men, women and higher order life, including (but not limited to) all angels, archangels, saints, demons and archdemons to bear witness to the coming of the Day of Divine Agreement and the End of Days; and that they are ipso facto (as a fact of law) Members of One Heaven and their membership recorded in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven and

(ii) The second Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Secundus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all living men, women and higher order life on Planet Earth that the highest of all covenants is the present sacred Covenant; and the highest of all Law embodying the Golden Rule of Law is the present sacred Covenant; and that the time for restoring Heaven upon the Earth is now; and that all living men, women and higher order life on planet Earth are ipso facto (as a fact of law) Members of One Heaven and their membership recorded in the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven, also known as the Book of Life; and

(iii) The third Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Tertias Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all members of fraternal, religious, sovereign and military orders, bodies, societies and organizations, whether secret or public, that all authority and power comes from the present sacred Covenant; and that the highest of spiritual beings authorize the present sacred covenant; and that anyone who has made a solemn oath or vow must obey the conditions of the present sacred covenant; and that any member of a fraternal organization that dishonors the very beings to whom they claim to worship shall agree fully and call upon the fiercest of Wraiths of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven to execute the sanctions the very fraternal organizations forewarn their members against such profanity, apostacy and perfidy; and

(iv) The fourth Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Quartus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all Officers and Persons of Corporations on Planet Earth giving notice that all authority and power comes from the present sacred Covenant; and the highest of all registers and rolls are derived from the present sacred Covenant; and all rights, title and property are derived from the present sacred Covenant; and that any corporation, body politic, association, company or person not properly registered in accord with the present sacred Covenant has no rights, or power, or authority or valid existence; and that if corporations do not acknowledge such truth and cease injuring people and planet earth, then they shall be seized, dissolved, destroyed, terminated and extinguished; and

(v) The fifth Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Quintus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all the ecclesiastical leaders, clergy and adherents of Christian, Jewish and Gnostic denominations as to the birth of a single and united body in One Christ; and in the return of the Office of Supreme Patriarch as the true successor of all the Apostles; and the fulfilment of prophecy and scriptures; and the true Vicar of Christ and Pastor of all Christians; and the end of the office of Roman Pontiff; and the end of the practices of the Roman Death Cult; and the restoration of the one true Universal Ecclesia; and

(vi) The sixth Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Sextus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all the spiritual leaders, clergy and adherents of Islam as to the birth of a single and united family in One Islam; and in the return of the true successor to the Prophet Mohammad in the Office of Caliph; and in the end of false wars of religions and false teachings and false scripture and the murder of innocents; and in the restoration of Islam as a religion of knowledge and wisdom and enlightenment; and

(vii) The seventh Recto Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Writ of Right of Revelation, is named Septimus Ritus Apocalypsis, and is registered, patented, vocalized and served as a Divine Command to all the spiritual leaders, clergy and adherents of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Indigenous religions as to the birth of a single and united community in One Spirit; and in the return of the true spiritual leader of all such religions as the Recurrence; and in the end of division and violence; and in the restoration of the highest ideals of wisdom, enlightenment and truth.

In accord with the tradition and good practice of public and official notice, the seven Writs of the Apocalypse shall be recorded and published within the Ucadia Gazette and all lesser Gazettes from GAIA E8:Y3209:A1:S1:M6:D1, also known as [Monday, 21 Dec 2009].

Thereafter, and for each and every day of the Year of Divine Agreement and Understanding, the Seven Writs of the Apocalypse shall be duly recorded and published within the Ucadia Gazette, so that every and all officials of all societies wherever they are on planet Earth are provided every possible opportunity to cite, review and acknowledge the prima facie evidence of the validity and legitimacy of the present Covenant.

Thereafter, the publication of the Will and Testament of any Member of the Society of One Heaven, consistent with the acknowledgment of the present Covenant, shall also testify as a solemn witness before all of united Heaven and Earth as to the widest possible public notice given to all officials and public servants of all societies, states and nations on planet Earth concerning the Year of Divine Agreement and Understanding.
