The One, True and only Official Day of Divine Protest & Dishonor, also known as the Day of Protest & Dishonor, also known as the End of Days, also known as the Day of the 2nd Divine Post and Notice, shall be GAIA E8:Y3210:A1:S1:M17:D1, also known as [Tue, 21 Dec 2010].

Let it be known to all who come that this is the Day when Notice of Divine Protest & Dishonor was duly served on behalf of the Unique Collective Awareness and UCADIA as the one true Divine Creator of all existence and witnessed by the united spirits of Heaven against those officials and their agents claiming to manage the affairs of planet Earth who have dishonored their office by ignoring or repudiating the official notice of Divine Agreement and Understanding and therefore have confessed and accepted all liability and debts for their own actions.

No other Day except GAIA E8:Y3210:A1:S1:M17:D1, also known as [Tue, 21 Dec 2010] is permitted to be known as the Day of Divine Protest & Dishonor, nor shall there ever exist any second valid Day of Divine Protest & Dishonor.

Let it be known that from the one true Day of Divine Protest & Dishonor being GAIA E8:Y3210:A1:S1:M17:D1, also known as [Tue, 21 Dec 2010] until VENUS E8:Y3210:A0:S1:M27:D6, also known as [Wed, 21 Dec 2011], shall be known as the Year of Divine Protest and Dishonor represented as year 3210.

As all authority, all power and all rights of all public and private officials comes from Heaven, to dishonor an official notice or writ or bill from Heaven is the gravest transgression an office holder can display.

To repudiate an official notice or writ or bill from One Heaven is to repudiate one’s own competency and legitimacy at holding office, immediately rendering the man or woman illegitimate and “de son tort”. Furthermore, to continue to occupy such office after such a grave transgression renders each and every decision thereafter null and void in all forms of law.

Despite such a grave transgression, Perfect Divine Justice affords any man or woman culpable of the most belligerent disgrace the opportunity to cure their position and remedy the effect of such dishonor by responding and acknowledging the superior standing of the present Covenant and the expression of Divine Will in returning harmony and competency to the management of the planet Earth.

Therefore, a Divine Protest is the highest form of Libellus, being a memorandum, testimony and complaint; and one last opportunity for such persons to recant their transgressions and redeem themselves, including the payment of any compensation or performance of penance, or face the consequences of their actions.

Dishonor is the formal acknowledgment of a loss of standing and the confession and acceptance of one or more liabilities and associated performance and penalties associated with breach of trust, or malice, or perfidy, or contumacy.

Therefore, a Divine Dishonor is the highest form of Citatio, being a summons and command to respond, or acceptance of all outstanding liability concerning the matters at hand. This means any willful dishonor by senior religious leaders, financial leaders and political leaders means their formal confession and personal acceptance of all charges and liabilities for any outstanding debts, or transgressions or accusation of crimes issued against them.

Divine Dishonor is therefore tantamount to the public confession and repudiation of all legitimate authority and all historical and present actions.

However, Perfect Divine Justice requires that even such grave dishonor as Divine Dishonor be given the opportunity to remedy and cure. Therefore such notice of fact of Divine Dishonor is an opportunity for those men and women falsely occupying positions, no longer under any authority from Heaven, to seek forgiveness.

Where the opportunity to remedy and cure Divine Dishonor is willfully and deliberately ignored or repudiated after ninety days, then the permanency of such Divine Dishonor is settled forever:

(i) In the case of leaders of any religion such settlement of fact of Divine Dishonor means all claims legitimacy, all blessings, all curses, all bindings and all agreements are permanently and irrevocably dissolved, determined and annulled; and

(ii) In the case of any trustee, executors or administrators, such settlement of fact of Divine Dishonor means they are officially “de son tort”, having confessed their lack of legitimacy and their full acceptance of liability for all debts, obligations of the trust or estate; and

(iii) In the case of any judge, counsel or advocates of law, such settlement of fact of Divine Dishonor means they are wholly unqualified and forbidden to issue any decision, judgment or opinion of law, with any subsequent act having no force or effect and therefore null and void from the beginning of its issue; and

(iv) In the case of any body politic or legislative body, such settlement of fact of Divine Dishonor renders any previous legitimacy of statute or future statute, proclamation or ordinance to be without any ecclesiastical, legal or lawful force or effect and therefore null and void from the beginning.

All valid Objection, Denial or Protest in defense of one or more valid Rights of Action as Commanded within the Seven Writs of the Apocalypse shall be by one or more Complete Bills of Divine Right, also known as Seven Divine Bills of Exception and Moratorium. All forms of coercive and enforcement powers of Heaven and Earth including, but not limited to prevention, protection, suspension, stop, stay, injunction, restitution, restoration, seizure, search, sanction, lien, arrest, custody, penalty or satisfaction, shall be enacted via one or more valid Complete Divine Bills of Exception and Moratorium.

It is hereby recognized that the first and second Divine Writs of the Apocalypse were honored and recognized by Spiritual and Living Members. However, in respect of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh Divine Writs of the Apocalypse, such sacred instruments were only partially recognized and honored by Living Members.

To ensure Notice of dishonor is specifically and properly identified and held to account, seven sacred Complete Divine Bills of Exception and Moratorium are served as the highest possible valid form of Objection, Denial and Protest against those who continue to dishonor the present sacred Covenant, their office and their people:

(i) The first Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Illuminati, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against those particular members and fraternal, religious, sovereign and military orders, bodies, societies and organizations, whether secret or public, served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Tertias Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to obey their duties and responsibilities under solemn and sacred oath. Therefore, such willfully arrogant and ignorant leaders holding their fraternities hostage openly confess their deliberate and wilfull malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and call upon the full forces of the Wraith and Demons of Heaven to hold their flesh and souls to account; and

(ii) The second Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Talmudi, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against those particular members and Jewish, Kabbalah, Sabbatean, Hasidic and Zionist fraternities, societies, bodies politic, associations and corporations served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Tertias Ritus Apocalypsis and Quintus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own claimed scriptures, prophecies and religious teachings and obey their duties and responsibilities under solemn and sacred oath. Therefore, such mentally ill politicians, pseudo-Jewish scholars and fanatical conservatives and nihilists holding Judaism hostage openly confess their deliberate and wilfull malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and call upon the full forces of the Wraith and Demons of Heaven to hold their flesh and souls to account; and

(iii) The third Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Universitas, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against those particular members and bodies politic, associations, aggregates, companies, agencies and corporations of planet Earth served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Quartus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own duties and responsibilities of office. Therefore, upon such deliberate and willful malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and Earth, all such corporate leaders confess their transgressions and openly call upon the Wraith of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven to ensure either compensation is made and all debts are settled, a new corporate system is introduced or that such living beings are prevented from making any further injuries against Heaven and themselves; and

(iv) The fourth Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium,is called Factum Impietatis Romanus Pontifex, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against Roman Pontiff Benediuct XVI, the Roman Curia and those particular members of conservative and neo-conservative bodies of the Roman Death Cult, served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Quintus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own claimed scriptures, prophecies and religious teachings and obey their duties and responsibilities under solemn and sacred oath. Therefore, such official and pseudo conservatives and nihilists holding the Catholic Church hostage openly confess their deliberate and wilfull malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and call upon the full forces of the Holy Spirit to hold their flesh and souls to account; and

(v) The fifth Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Templum Regis, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against the Crown, the Crown Corporations, the Inner and Middle Temple, the Bank of England and associated banking systems of Great Britain and the United States, the Bank for International Settlements and the Reserve Bank System, the International Monetary Fund and Wall Street Investment and Commercial Banks, served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Quartus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own source of authority and cease punitive economic actions, austerity measures and the theft of wealth of people across planet Earth. Therefore, upon such deliberate and wilfull malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and Earth, all such legal and financial leaders confess their transgressions and openly call upon the Wraith of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven to ensure either compensation is made and all debts are settled; and a new financial system is introduced; and that such living beings are prevented from making any further injuries against Heaven and themselves; and

(vi) The sixth Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Arabia Regis, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against the Arab and Islamic royal families and leaders served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Sextus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own claimed scriptures and religious teachings and obey their duties and responsibilities of office under solemn and sacred oath. Therefore, upon such deliberate and willful malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and Earth, all such Arab and Islamic royal families and leaders confess their transgressions and openly call upon the Wraith of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven to ensure either compensation is made and all debts are settled, or such living beings are prevented from making any further injuries against Heaven and themselves; and

(vii) The seventh Rogatio Divinum Apocalypsis as a Divine Libellus, Citatio and Bill of Exception and Moratorium, is called Factum Impietatis Asia Regis, and is registered, patented, published, vocalized, served and executed as a Divine Demand against the Asian and Chinese noble families and leadership served the Divine Command of the Recto Divinum Apocalypsis called Septimus Ritus Apocalypsis, yet refuse to acknowledge and follow their own claimed scriptures and prophecies and obey their duties and responsibilities of office under solemn and sacred oath. Therefore, upon such deliberate and willful malice, profanity, perfidy, apostasy and insanity against Heaven and Earth, all such Asian and Chinese noble families and leadership confess their transgressions and openly call upon the Wraith of the Obligationum Systemata (Enforcement Systems) of Heaven to ensure either compensation is made and all debts are settled, or such living beings are prevented from making any further injuries against Heaven and themselves.
