All dimensions of consciousness are fictional constructs of reality as a distinct “universe” according to certain rules and characteristics. Within the reference to Higher Order Minds, Divine Mind is capable of holding a perfect construct of consciousness without relying upon the constraints of complex rules and records, whereas Higher Mind is able to reference a greater degree of knowledge.  However, Lower Mind of higher order life forms are constrained by the limits of species and education. Thus Lower Mind is more dependent upon certain structures and dimensions of consciousness and universe.

Lower Mind in the context of fictional dimensions of consciousness as constructs of reality is dependent upon boundaries resembling similar boundaries of temporal time and space as experienced during life. Similarly, Lower Mind is dependent upon common systems of consciousness such as language, or society and the appearance of objects and their reliable function, despite the fact that consciousness is fully malleable into any form of constructed reality.

All collective dimensional constructs, designs, manifestations and relations of consciousness and levels of perfected memory of truth and wisdom shall be vested in one supreme spiritual body and system known as the Supremum Universalium Systemata, also known as Supreme Universal Systems of Heaven. The Supremum Universalium Systemata shall be the highest architects of collective dimensional constructs of reality and no other.

The Spirit Members qualified and selected to serve within the Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) shall hold the Special Supreme Divine Office of Muse in recognition of their foundational responsibilities in holding the dimensional and collective consciousness mappings and constructs of Heaven; and in being the source of inspiration, creativity and imagination of higher knowledge of Ucadia.

The Supremum Universalium Systemata is uniquely recognized, registered and exemplified as having existence through the Great Register and Public Record of Heaven by the Sacred Trust Number 999999-111111-999999. The existence, identity, authority, purpose and powers of the Supremum Universalium Systemata have been duly gazetted in the Ucadia Gazette being the Official Newspaper of Record for each and every Sacred Space-Day-Time of its existence and operation.

The five (5) key propositions of the Supremum Universalium Systemata (Universal Systems) shall be:

(i) Conceptual Models, being the design and development of conceptual models and frameworks for sustainable, fulfilling, and positive Local Spiritual Collectives, Spiritual Collectives, Regional Spiritual Collectives and Unique Spiritual Collectives, consistent with the Golden Rule of Law and the Rights of all Divine Persons as expressed by the present sacred Covenant; and

(ii) Collective Consciousness Mappings, being the detailed and accurate mappings of current conscious collectives, including all non-aligned and negatively aligned layers of ghost, ground plane dissonance and alien consciousness; and

(iii) Cultural Preservation, being the preservation of ancient culture and consciousness, as a recognition of such unique conscious perspective, even if such ancient culture or consciousness is not aligned to the Golden Rule of Law, that a proper record and knowledge of such constructs are duly preserved; and

(iv) Revitalization, being the revitalization of collective conscious space that individual and collectives of Divine Persons may choose to migrate toward a more optimum Conceptual Model, yet retaining items and constructs of cultural significance and important meaning; and

(v) Manifestation, being the complex manifestation of collective conscious constructs aligned with the Conceptual Models of spiritual balance that enable a degree of stability and certainty as to the integrity and truth of such manifestations.
