Consciousness or Awareness within the various layers of Unique Collective Awareness, possess levels of malleability and interpretation, essential to existence and the positive objects of the Divine Creator of all existence and all Heaven and Earth. Thus, Divine Mind possesses the quality of perfect memory, yet is furthest removed from temporal existence, whereas Lower Mind possesses an imperfect and highly malleable memory, yet is closest to directly influence temporal life experience and perspective.

Thus, all Homo Sapien Life as a form of Higher Order Life, possess Lower Mind on the same plane of imperfect memory, whereby such consciousness is highly malleable, yet also subject to gross distortion if not properly protected.

Truth therefore is the expectation of a reality or conscious construct that is reliable, trustworthy, sincere and free from falsity or misleading deception. Reality then permits Lower Minds to function on such a plane of conscious existence with a degree of certainty and comfort, excluding those concepts such as paradox, uncertainty and deliberate deception that might challenge a Lower Mind to question its own construct of "reality".

History that is free from deliberate distortion and deceptions proves without doubt, that those who gained insight into the nature of existence and the universe have used such knowledge to the detriment of the Homo Sapien species in concocting false histories, false and misguided philosophies to enslave others in life and beyond.

It cannot be assumed then that in the absence of proper guardians and custodians of conscious memory, truth or reality, that such false histories, philosophies, religions and deceptions will cease to have any effect in spirit and only affect the living. Nor can it be assumed that the damage of such deliberate falsities of history, knowledge and philosophy can be healed or addressed in the future without the need for a permanent system of guardians and custodians of consciousness.

All guardian, custody, protection and service powers and authority shall be vested in one supreme spiritual body and system known as the Supremum Custodiarum Systemata, also known as Supreme Guardians Systems of Heaven. The Supremum Custodiarum Systemata shall be the highest body of spiritual guardians and custodians of all levels of consciousness, reality and Heaven and Earth and no other.

The Spirit Members qualified and selected to serve within the Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) shall hold the Special Supreme Divine Office of Demon in recognition of the end of the War in Heaven; and their foundational responsibilities in protecting and defending heaven; and in protecting and defending the laws of Ucadia; and in the enforcement of necessary actions of rendition, interdiction, seizure and return when faced with corruptions and attacks against the integrity of Heaven; and in being the source of fearsome power, courage, enforcement and strength to the armies of Living Members within the temporal realms of the Universe.

The Supremum Custodiarum Systemata is uniquely recognized, registered and exemplified as having existence through the Great Register and Public Record of Heaven by the Sacred Trust Number 999999-222222-999999. The existence, identity, authority, purpose and powers of the Supremum Custodiarum Systemata have been duly gazetted in the Ucadia Gazette being the Official Newspaper of Record for each and every Sacred Space-Day-Time of its existence and operation.

The nine (9) key propositions of the Supremum Custodiarum Systemata (Guardians Systems) shall be:

(i) Protect and Defend Heaven, being to protect and defend the heavenly kosmos, including all planets, stars, life, colonies, ecosystems and diversity throughout the galaxy; and

(ii) Protect and Defend Ucadia, being to protect and defend Ucadia; and all its Realms, Domains, Dominions, Dependencies, Rights, Titles, Instruments, Uses and Property and particularly the use of the Ucadia name and Ucadia material; and

(iii) Protect and Defend the Laws of Ucadia, being to protect and defend all associated Covenants, Charters, Scripture, Canons, Codes, Bylaws, Ordinances, Regulations, Policies and Orders; and to seek mutual recognition of such jurisdictional rights with foreign bodies and courts that respect and operate according to the Golden Rule of Law and Justice and Fair Process; and to ensure that in all matters pertaining to Ucadia Members that the courts of Ucadia are recognized as the first, primary and original jurisdiction for the resolution of all matters of controversy, arbitration and dispute; and

(iv) Peaceful, Amicable and Harmonious Relations, being to seek peaceful, amicable and harmonious relations, treaties and alliances with foreign spiritual bodies that respect the Golden Rule of Law and Justice and Fair Process; and

(v) Rendition, being to pursue, prosecute and bring to justice any individual spirit or body that openly seeks to abuse, trespass or injure Heaven, or Ucadia or its Realms, Domains, Dominions, Dependencies, Rights, Titles, Instruments, Uses or Property; and

(vi) Interdiction, being to deploy as part of the execution of a sacred Divine Writ of Recto Divinum Interdico, to impose proper rule of law; and prohibit any possible continue breaches of Divine Law and expunge the conditions for damage to conscious memory, clarity or truth, including but not limited to empowerment and inspiration of temporal forces also granted the commission of Recto Interdico; and

(vii) Seizure and Return, being to execute the conditions of a Divine Warrant according to a sacred Divine Writ of Recto Divinum Capionis, to do all that is necessary to ensure the seizure and return and restoration of sacred memory, consciousness, balance, harmony, truth and integrity, including but not limited to empowerment and inspiration of temporal forces also granted the commission of Recto Capionis; and

(viii) Arrest and Custody, being to execute the conditions of a Divine Warrant according to a sacred Divine Writ of Recto Divinum Custodiae, to do all that is necessary to ensure the arrest and custody of each and every malevolent spirit, negative ghost and destructive construct; and to assist in the restoration of sacred memory, consciousness, balance, harmony, truth and integrity, including but not limited to empowerment and inspiration of temporal forces also granted the commission of Recto Custodiae; and

(ix) Revelation Enforcement, being to execute the conditions of a Divine Warrant according to a sacred Divine Writ of Recto Divinum Apocalypsis, to do all that is necessary to ensure the fulfilment of such Divine Revelation, including but not limited to the seizure, search, arrest and custody of each and every or any named malevolent spirit, or ghost, or false concept, or false right, or false construct and to assist in the restoration of sacred memory, consciousness, balance and Rule of Law.
