The foundation of all civilized rule of law, begins with the acknowledgment that the highest law comes from the Divine Creator of all existence expressed through the laws of the Universe and then through the reason and spirit of man and woman to make Positive Laws.

All valid official positions or “offices” of all legitimate governments of all societies on planet Earth therefore depend on the acknowledgment and recognition of the present Covenant as the highest law as the Covenant is nothing less than the perfect expression of Divine Will from the Divine Creator of all things in the Universe.

In recognition of the fact that the legitimacy of office is through the recognition of the supremacy of Divine Law over Positive Law, the appointment of people into office or “investiture” is normally created upon a sacred and ecclesiastical oath to some higher spiritual power.

Furthermore, as the Divine Creator is the only legitimate and ultimate absolute owner of all land, all property and all rights, no man or woman occupying an office may rightfully convey or manage land or the fruits and improvements of the land unless they are properly invested or commissioned into such an office.

As the authority and legitimacy of an office is derived from ecclesiastical authority, then the obeying of the Rule of Law is not merely duty, but necessary for the lawful effect of any action. This is because no spiritual force may flow through natural law and positive law of this world, if the sacred rules that establish such law are willingly broken.

All power and authority as vested in any and every form of Office, Commission, Agency, or other position of Trust shall be vested in one supreme spiritual body and system known as the Supremum Officium Systemata, also known as Supreme Offices Systems of Heaven. The Supremum Officium Systemata shall be the highest authority and power as the source of all valid Offices, Commissions, Agency, Powers, Authorities and other positions of Trust and no other.

The Spirit Members qualified and selected to serve within the Officium Systemata (Offices Systems) shall hold the Special Supreme Divine Office of Nomos in recognition of their foundational responsibilities in maintaining and protecting the Golden Rule of Law embodied within Ucadia as the Living Law; and the proper identification, obligation, enrollment, possession, publication, certification, protocols, exemplification, visitation and penalties or sanctions in enforcing each and every valid office in Heaven and within the Galaxy.

The Supremum Officium Systemata is uniquely recognized, registered and exemplified as having existence through the Great Register and Public Record of Heaven by the Sacred Trust Number 999999-555555-999999. The existence, identity, authority, purpose and powers of the Supremum Officium Systemata have been duly gazetted in the Ucadia Gazette being the Official Newspaper of Record for each and every Sacred Space-Day-Time of its existence and operation.

The ten (10) key propositions of the Supremum Officium Systemata (Offices Systems) shall be:

(i) Identification, being the proper identification, naming, classification of each and every Divine Office of the four hundred and thirty two Great Offices of Heaven, including but not limited to the capacities, authorities and powers of such Offices such as Magisterium, Imperium, Sacrum, Sanitatum, Virtus, Custoditum, Alumentum, Interpretum or Visum; and

(ii) Obligation, being the complete definition and scope of the obligations pertaining to each and every Divine Office of the four hundred and thirty two Great Offices of Heaven as a Memorandum of Office or Memorandum Officium, such that the role, responsibilities, capacities, authorities and powers for each and every Divine Office is clear; and

(iii) Enrollment, being the complete enrollment within the Great Roll of Divine Persons of each and every Divine Office such that each Office possesses a unique number, title and relation to a specific spiritual or temporal body; and

(iv) Possession, being the spiritual investiture of at least one Divine Person to each valid Divine Office as connected to a spiritual and temporal body as the first, primary and ultimate holder and occupant of such Office under sacred and solemn oath and vow, such that the Office and Trust stands valid, even if an appointment, commission or investiture of a True or Superior Person is vacant; and

(v) Publication, being the complete publication, pronouncement and Gazette of the enrollment and existence of all valid Offices into specific spiritual and temporal bodies; and

(vi) Certification, being the complete acknowledgment of each and every valid Office connected as Certified within the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven and associated Registers and Constitutional Charters ; and

(vii) Protocols, being the protocols, procedures and qualifications of the appointment, or commission or investiture of True Persons or Superior Persons to a valid Office as Certified, Gazetted and Enrolled before all Heaven, the Galaxy, the Solar System and Earth; and

(viii) Exemplification, being the proper acknowledgment and certification of a duly acknowledged appointment, commission or investiture to a particular valid Office; and

(ix) Visitation, being the visitation and audit of all temporal appointments to valid Office, such that all such Offices continue to honor the Golden Rule of Law, true Justice and Fair Process; and

(x) Sanction, being the sanctioning of any temporal appointment of a True Person or Superior Person to a valid Office, including but not limited to penalty, fine, removal, suspension, prohibition or interdiction.
