All Rights are derived from those Divine Rights as expressed within the present sacred Covenant. Futhermore, except for the Divine Creator, by Divine Law and Natural Law objects and concepts cannot “own” one another only themselves. Therefore, the Divine Creator, also known as Unique Collective Awareness, is the only true “owner” of objects and concepts.

The acknowledgment, recognition, title and proof of Rights is by Documentation as properly authorized, published and produced in accord with the present sacred Covenant.

All forms of value and credit are fictional concepts. That is, currency and value are not things found naturally, but determined by philosophical and conceptual means. Thus, while such items as gold, or silver, or gems may be found naturally, the arbitrary value attached to these substance and their use as a form of currency and value is completely subjective and unnatural.

The Supreme Credo (Credit) as defined by Article 117 of the most sacred present Covenant are the highest, most valuable currency ever formed by any Civilization.

There is no possible higher currency, nor object of greater value (including gold, other precious metals and gems). Supreme Credo provide the base value and underwriting of all other currencies.

Supreme Credo are formed when the equitable title of one hundred (100) Divine Trusts of deceased members of One Heaven are conveyed into a new Divine Trust known as a Supreme Trust.

What this means is that each and every unit of currency of a Supreme Credo (Credit) has real spiritual existence and immortality. Furthermore, no other currency can demonstrate spirit and existence of its own “spirit”—in effect all other lesser “debt” currency, whether it be gold, jewels, bonds or notes is dead currency unless attached to a “living” currency of Ucadia and One Heaven. Supreme Credo represent the highest value instruments underwriting the stable value of the various units of credit value.

No other physical, ethereal or conceptual unit may be spiritually, legally or lawfully considered higher in value than a Supreme Credo. A Supreme Credo is formed through the creation of a valid Supreme Trust.

All powers and authorities of documents of rights, titles, deeds, covenants, promises, trusts, credit, property, securities, debts, assets, accounting, markets, sureties, currencies, money and value shall be vested in one supreme spiritual body and system known as the Documentum Systemata, also known as Document and Financial Systems of Heaven. The Documentum Systemata shall be the highest authorised and empowered body of rights, titles, deeds, covenants, promises, trusts, credit, property, securities, debts, assets, accounting, markets, sureties, currencies, money and value and no other.

The Spirit Members qualified and selected to serve within the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) shall hold the Special Supreme Divine Office of Cherubim in recognition of their foundational responsibilities in maintaining the highest levels of trust, steadfastness, consistency and transparency in terms of standards, records, inventories, credit, surety, currency, markets, registers, rolls, ledgers and operations in Heaven and throughout the Galaxy.

The Documentum Systemata is uniquely recognized, registered and exemplified as having existence through the Great Register and Public Record of Heaven by the Sacred Trust Number 999999-666666-999999. The existence, identity, authority, purpose and powers of the Documentum Systemata have been duly gazetted in the Ucadia Gazette being the Official Newspaper of Record for each and every Sacred Space-Day-Time of its existence and operation.

The six (6) key propositions of the Documentum Systemata (Document and Financial Systems) shall be:

(i) Standards , being to define, promulgate, maintain and oversee all standards absolutely under the control, authority and power of the present sacred Covenant including, but not limited to all forms of value, frugality, prudence, humility, accountability, accounting, instruments, registers, rolls, document, transactions, notices, books, journals, ledgers, vouchers, sureties, assets, liabilities, summaries, certificates, credits, debits, goods, services, property, audits, transfers, conveyances, valuation, derivation, hypothecation, funds, negotiation, default, delinquency, solvency, restoration, compensation and financial penalties and sanctions; and

(ii) Record , being to ensure all standards, objects and concepts of value held, owned, controlled and possessed in accord with the sacred Covenant are properly recorded, registered, enrolled and accounted and that any and all associated titles, certificates and exemplifications are in good order; and

(iii) Inventory , being to ensure that all objects, concepts, goods and services absolutely under the control, authority and power of the present sacred Covenant are properly reflected in their associated records, registers, rolls, journals, memoranda, tables and inventory reports; and

(iv) Credit , being to ensure a necessary rules and supply of credit to offset and extinguish any and all valid claims of debts and obligations, excluding such false concepts of sin, original sin that are completely abrogated, determined, annulled and prohibited from ever being claimed again; and

(v) Surety , being to provide the necessary instruments of surety to underwrite a comprehensive and complete model to maintain a single universal currency system based on credit, not debt, guaranteed and underwritten by Divine Trusts; and

(vi) Currency , being to provide the necessary currency instruments and mechanisms to maintain a single universal currency system based on credit, not debt, guaranteed and underwritten by Supreme Credo.
