Three Questions for 2014

This is Frank O’Collins doing a blog for Wednesday, December 18, 2013.  Thank you for listening.  Given that we are a few days away from the end of 2013 and we are a few days away from Christmas Day, a day that was transformed through the Victorian Era from being a purely Christian holiday to becoming a pagan holiday or Pagan-Christian holiday in the exchange of presents by returning back to the older traditions of the celebration of the Winter Solstice when the sun appears at noon at its lowest altitude above the horizon in the northern hemisphere and later the celebration of Saturnalia, the celebrations of pagan Rome.

I want to look forward rather than just backward and we will talk about some points of reference, but I want to look forward tonight at this time and I want to consider the topic tonight as Three Questions for 2014.  The Questions I’d like you to ask yourself, and indeed ask those that you know, those who are around you, those who may have questioned why you are listening to this fellow, Frank O’Collins, or why you are reading the material of Ucadia or why you are spending so much time reading this material.  I want to give you Three Questions to consider:

Q1. Is the present system capable of really being fixed? And if so, can Rule of Law, Justice and Due Process be restored within it?  
Q2. How do we survive and keep ourselves and family safe during these changes?
Q3. If the present system is unfixable- what is the best future model and what are you doing to help make such a dream come true?

We’ll go through these questions through this audio and we will refer to some key messages at this time of Christmas that may help us answer and give us some strength.  The reason I wanted to raise the Three Questions tonight is the feedback that so many of you have given over this year and over the several years that some of you have been reading Ucadia.   I’ll try to boil it down to this: those that are in a relationship have said words to the effect that while they have found benefit in reading Ucadia and listening to the audios, and studying the material on the websites one-heaven.org or one-evil.org or  any of the Ucadia sites, while they have found benefit in reading that material, they have found it very difficult then to express that to their partner and to their families who think that by and large they are wasting their time and that this has no direct relevance to the immediacy and importance of survival and how we might get more work or to find ways to make more money or get bills paid or do whatever it takes to stay alive.

Other feedback that people have shared relates to the Will and Testament and the material that we have been going through that you can go and see at restorelaw.org under estate forms.  You can go see what we call the Voluntatem et Testamentum.  Quite a few people have said, regarding the Will and Testament, that when they have tried to explain this even to their own brothers and sisters, to their families and friends, people think this is strange. 

Why spend so much time on these documents?   Is this some sort of crazy legal group?  Why spend so much time on these documents when the system is coming after people, when debt collectors keep calling, when people are being arrested or harassed, so why bother when survival is hard enough and there seems to be such a lack of any enforcement, relief or remedy whatsoever?

Finally, there are people that have shared their feedback regarding Ucadia, relative to while we have asked the questions tonight, that say no matter what I say to people not only do they not “get it,” they simply don’t care.  They are numb.  It’s as if they are talking to a brick wall.  And so there is this, not hopelessness, but frustration of the lack of response to the kind of ideas that we have been sharing.  This is, I guess, the struggles of life and we can talk as we have, and if you listen to the audios you know that I have spoken on many aspects of why people may seem to still be living in the clouds not the least of which is the sugar hit, the food we eat, the drugs we take, the electromagnetic radiation that surrounds us, but also other aspects as well—that middle world, that world of angry spirit that surrounds us and seems to envelop our culture, particularly when we are driving or going to a mall or any public place with that crazy energy, that danger we sense whenever we venture out into public.

We have talked about these different things and about why people find it difficult and why, for example, there is a very pragmatic sense and fear, that fear that drives so many people.  There is a fear that if we spend time on things that don’t directly help bring in money, that don’t directly address how we are going to survive, and that at the moment we do not have the luxury to spend time on these things.  That is why it may be, not because our relatives are anti-material or even that they think the material is ultimately a waste of time.  It is just that right now in the sense of fear and trepidation of the unknown and the uncertainty, how can people spend so much time when there doesn’t seem to be yet, the practical answers.  So there is a sense and a reason that people may be getting this kind of feedback from friends, relatives and acquaintances.  

So let’s go through these Three Questions and let’s see if there is anything in the recent updates of the Ucadia model that may give us strength to those answers.  Let’s begin with the first question of the Three Questions of 2014 being:  Is the system capable of being fixed?  If so, can Rule of Law, Justice and Due Process be restored within it?  Incredibly there are actually people, and this is why it’s so amazing, who are media commentators and talking heads who even today are on the airwaves and on the TV trying to convince you that there is actually nothing wrong with the present system.   Probably the starkest example of this complete lunacy, delusion and utter falsity would have to be the recent attacks by nihilists and by the weasel talking heads that support the nihilists against the comments and writings of Pope Francis when he said, “the present economic system is unjust and the present economic system is not addressing the plight of the poor and the concept of ‘Trickle down’ that the poor will get the scraps after the rich and fat have eaten, does not work.”  

In response what we saw were the largest and most grotesque of the talking heads, like extras of Star Wars or like key characters of some Monty Python movie like “The Meaning of Life.”  These grotesque talking heads and radio personalities, people such as Rush Limbaugh, didn’t think twice to launch in and attack Pope Francis on the very words that Jesus Christ himself is supposed to have said.  In a classic proof of the utter psychopathy, sociopathy and lunacy of these people in the same breath people such as Steve Varney on Fox News said they found it perfectly fine to be both a Christian and attack Pope Francis and be an utter zealot to the existing system of rampant, corrupt capitalism.  They found no problems whatsoever.  It’s gotten to a point and you can always the measure the health of a society by the underlying comic message of satirists and comedians such as Jon Stewart for example.  

When Jon Stewart presents as he has recently, story after story, example after example, where Wall Street is so broken and the level of corruption of Wall Street is so great that not even the New York Times can be bothered any more to express the level of corruption unless it is in the billions.  If it is corruption of only hundreds of millions of theft it doesn’t rate a mention.  Certainly the SEC and other entities have no interest.  Only if you are a small fish will they “throw the book at you.”  Only if you are one will they come after you with all their force and might.   If you are a large bank, a brokerage firm, a derivative trader, an algorithmic platform, then they have no problem with the level of corruption to the system. 

We are at a point now where the stock market is so disconnected to the reality of the world because of these algorithmic trades that people are making money on the stock market and more and more people are suckered in to the false belief that it can only go up and the underlying mechanics of the economy do not in any way match up to the valuations that have been placed on stocks and shares.  Is the present system capable of being fixed when leaders such as President Obama, cannot even remember the lies he told in his election campaign and he cannot even remember what he recited and said a week ago.  He will look straight into the camera and pretend that what he is saying today is true and what he said a week ago never existed.  He’s not the only one.

We have the same example on the side of the Republicans.  We see it in other countries.  We see it as a universal malaise and it could be the United Kingdom, Australia, wherever it is, a malaise of incompetence and complete and total sociopathy in our leaders.  Is the present system capable of being fixed—a system that we have spoken about over and over again that is based on slavery, financial slavery, where you are born a slave to a debt that your father, your grandfather and your ancestors were not responsible for.  I am not talking about original sin which is the ecclesiastical argument.   I am talking about the debts of wars for which our ancestors and we are bound as slaves to pay.  I am talking about wars that we never started but only died and yet we are considered responsible for paying those debts.  

We gave a list of things some months ago when we spoke about the financial aspect of the system.  We gave a list of ten or so steps that could be taken to restore some life and some hope to the existing financial system.  So far I have to say, not a single one of those things have been addressed and the livelihood of the repair of the existing financial system at this point is close to zero.  For those that you know and those that question you on the value of your reading Ucadia or listening to these audios, studying the Ucadia model, as them this question:  “Is the present system capable of being fixed?” and if it cannot be fixed and if it appears that even if it is fixed we are just going back to a worse state of slavery, a worse system of oppression, and if that is the reality of the first question, then let’s get it on the table. Let’s be clear about what we are dealing with; that is the problem.  

This then leads us to the second question:  “How do we survive and keep ourselves and our families safe during these changes?”   If you have had a chance to listen to these audios you would have heard me say over and over that amidst the injustice and the system crumbling, the last thing you want to do is make it easier for the present system to crush you further and impose further misery upon you.   I am, of course, referring to people who have followed all kinds of gurus on the internet, promoters of various ideas who have said that it’s fine to do your own plates and make up your own drivers’ license and don’t go to court and don’t pay those fines.  What I have said all along and I respect when people don’t have the money to pay, but there are ways to pay by installment. The principle is what I have been concerned with and what I have tried to share is this:  the system is so automated now that modern police cars in countries such as Australia, the United States, Canada and United Kingdom have automatic plate recognition that police don’t even have to nor are they able to, apply any discernment now.  The computer pretty much tells them that this driver is unlicensed or this car in unregistered and it’s time to make an arrest.

These systems are so efficient that they can process in one shift thousands of numbered plate recognitions.  So, whereas maybe ten or fifteen years ago, one might live in a community and act in such a fashion and may have been lucky enough that the local sheriffs and police ignored drivers who didn’t have proper plates and proper licenses.  Now you are dealing with a machine.  It’s not acquiescence; it’s sheer survival.  The amount of energy that you expend in defending a parking fine can be roughly the same amount of energy you can use in perfecting your Will and Testament and perfecting exactly where you stand.  So it’s absurd and an act of bloody stupidity to exert all your energy on such smaller issues, under an automated system, when the larger and key issue, I hope you realize, is the presumption that you are a slave, a lunatic, a ward of the state, or dead.  That is the key issue; the underpinnings of a breaking and collapsing system.

If we wish to survive and keep our families safe during these changes, then the first thing we need to consider is not to do anything bloody stupid.  Sorry for the language but I can’t be any more direct to you than what I have just said.  The other thing we can do to survive and keep ourselves and families safe, particularly if we find ourselves in positions that we no longer can give any more blood as the system crushes us and it is crushing people more and more, is to get our paperwork in order.  That doesn’t mean the system stops at the door when you have your paperwork in order.  You know that I hope and I hope no one ever makes the claim or misrepresents me as I have never claimed that paper is a magic remedy or a silver bullet.  

What the material regarding your estate on the website restorelaw.org is about, is that it is the very foundation of their system presented in a clear manner and a step-by-step form.  If you do take the time to complete and you genuinely find yourself acting in the manner of a true mendicant, in honor and respect even to those that approach you with disrespect, that you do not attack, that you are not violent and that you are respectful to those that claim to be officers of the law, even if they are absolute imposters, and that you use affidavits and the proof of their dishonor, that you demonstrate clearly the will of the person, the testament of the man or the woman,  and what you do then is that you don’t make yourself a target, not if you act with honor and peaceful resistance.  You don’t come across as a smart Alec.  You are honorable in your behavior.

What happens then is that you become a harder target for the debt collectors and for the bottom feeders, pirates and robbers.  Rather than the argument that these people make it their goal then to break you down because you resist, if you do stand in honor and for the Rule of Law, Justice and Due Process, and if you do take the time to do this properly, but most importantly change your attitude and live your life according to some basic values and not simply mimic the behavior of pirates, then you become less of a target for the system and not more of a target for the system. There are plenty of people for the system to still attack and crush.  I don’t wish ill on people and I’m certainly not doing Ucadia out of some selfish reason, but we are talking on the second question of survival in keeping ourselves and our families safe during these changes.  The point I am trying to make in the second question is really an answer to those, and often those of you with partners and friends who ask you why you are bothering with this and what is the point of this?  Why aren’t you going out and doing “XYZ?”  Why are you finding more work?  Why aren’t you getting on your hands and knees and saying please forgive me to whoever is hassling you?  

The point is that if you are following the material regarding the estate it is directly relevant to your survival in a collapsing system.  Some might say, “What’s the point?”  In societies where there are still laws where you can own a gun some might say that the only way to defend yourself is with those kinds of implements.  I say that violence as any form of defense is ultimately futile.  You only have to look at the way the media picks up the extreme stories of people that intended to be violent or acted even for an instant to be violent and they use that to say that these people who are studying the history of law, trying to find remedy are not people who love the law, but extremists and terrorists.  More recently they used the absurd concept of the use of sovereign citizen, the concept invented by the founders of the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.  They are the ones that invented the concept of sovereign citizen and now we live in such an Orwellian society that those weasels of media commentators are calling these kinds of extreme cases sovereign citizens.

How do we survive and how do we keep ourselves and our families safe?  We don’t make ourselves easy targets.  We address our behavior and we consider the triage of how we survive before we look for ways of being ‘smarter.’  This leads us to the third question tonight:  “If the present system is unfixable, then what is the best future model and what are you doing to help making such a dream come true?”  So long as we are islands in there system and so long as they can keep us isolated, so long as we are unable to establish and re-establish trust amongst ourselves, then at best our lives will be marginal and survival will be difficult.  

Once we find a way of coming together, once we accept that only by coming together and re-establishing trust, will we not only survive in the long term, but thrive.  The question then is, “What is the best model for coming together?”  What is best model for the future dream of prosperity, happiness and the very things that are written into the Declaration of Independence?  This third question is really a call and challenge to anyone who may have been cynical in research and the describing of Ucadia and may still, even today, be sitting on the fence.  Ultimately it is a way of ‘smoking people out’ through logic and to say, “Okay, is this present system fixable and is it worth fixing?”  If the answer to both questions is, “No,” then there is no point in spending time looking back with the rose colored glasses of belief that twenty years ago things were better, or ten years ago things were better.  It’s about where we go from here. 

That is what the Ucadia model developed now over thirty years is about.  if you have been listening to the audios, then you are probably aware, hopefully, that those last obstacles within the charters to the Globe Union, the Americas Union, the Africas Union, the Oceanic Union, that make the ability for people to come together of their own accord without any central control mechanism, without any central ‘rubber stamping,’ without the need of some high council or architects or protho-notaries, or any other groups.  People can come together and use this model after it’s up and start to form communities.  Those obstacles are almost completely removed.   No only are the charters clear on how people can come together but also perform a level of clarity that approximates an instruction manual as well, on how men and women can come together and form communities.  

The same can be said to the work that is still underway concerning the energy, the tokens of energy, in the forms of the currencies and financial tools of the Ucadia model which will also be perfected into a grass-roots, self-executing model.  What this means is that from the perspective of anybody who is genuine in looking to the future and re-establishing trust, and not simply surviving in a marginal fashion but actually thriving with others, you have a model from the grass roots up and if you follow it you will be able to form communities with other like-minded people and, more, that within that framework, the promise that the Ucadia model itself is fully vested and owned by the same members and communities.  

Unlike the Covenant of One Heaven, Pactum de Singularis Caelum, which cannot be edited after the 21st of December, 2013, until the next Conclave, the charters can be refined and perfected to some degree up until the existence of a probational Union and a probational structure for the entire region.  There is the chance as we go through to correct mistakes as we find them.  There is still a lot of work to do, but if you take the time to read and if you take the time to look, I know of no other model, no other structure that better expresses a way that people can come together without it simply being a mirror of the existing system and a way to reestablish trust.

So there are the Three Questions to consider leading into 2014. There are lots of other things I’d love to cover with you, but tonight I think we will leave it with the Three Questions.  If you haven’t had a chance to read the updates to The Book of the Green Race, Lebor Clann Glas, on one-heaven then I hope you do get the chance to read.  But, until we speak again after the Christmas holiday, I want to say, “Thank you.”  I want to say a heartfelt thanks to all of you this year who took the time to read or listen or watch some of the You Tube videos on some of the material we presented this year.  I want to personally thank each and every one of you who wrote to me.  Even if I was unable to engage in a conversation with you, I want you to know that I appreciate and I want to express my appreciation to each and every one of you who took the time to provide your opinion and feedback.


To those who found a way to give financial support and help I want to give a huge and heartfelt thanks. This is still and has been the most difficult financial year of my life as to the pressures, the financial pressures of continuing to maintain the infrastructure and expenses of supporting the Ucadia model.   Of course over time as communities, hopefully we will grow and rightfully claim ownership of the Ucadia model and those expenses will shift to others. 

The legacy will shift to others as it should always be.  I want to give thanks to all of you who have found a way to help this year and who are still contemplating in some way to help.  

Lastly, as this is a time of celebration, reflection and renewal, I want to say “thank you” to each and everyone of you and that you have the safest and happiest of times with your friends and family and that you have a joyous year to come.  Whatever I can do through the Ucadia model in completing what I promised to do and continue to fulfill, I will.  Until we speak next time, be safe and be well.  Thank you and good night.
