Article 28 - Divine Rights and Natural Rights

28.1
Divine Rights (link)

Divine Rights are the primary and original form of Rights, corresponding to Divine Trusts, Divine Estates and Divine Persons. There exists no higher class, or possible type of Rights. All valid Rights therefore are inherited from the class of valid Divine Rights. There exists two sub-classes (Perfect and Imperfect) and four categories of one hundred and ten (110) Divine Rights, being Perfect Fundamental (44), Perfect Sacramental (33), Imperfect Instrumental (22) and Imperfect Intentional (11):

(i) A Perfect Fundamental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated as a capacity of a Divine Person, or body of a Divine Trust or property of a Divine Estate; and

(ii) A Perfect Sacramental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with one of the thirty-three Divine Sacraments; and

(iii) An Imperfect Instrumental Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with a capacity, or power, or liberty, or authority or characteristic essential to law; and

(iv) An Imperfect Intentional Divine Right is a Divine Right associated with a capacity, or power, or liberty, or authority or characteristic essential to law that must be enacted with clear evidence of proper intention.

Perfect Fundamental Divine Rights (link)

The following valid forty-four (44) Perfect Fundamental Divine Rights are recognized in accord with the present Covenant:

(i) Ius Divinum as the Divine Rights of Divine Law, as defined by Article 17 (Rule of Law and Justice) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(ii) Ius Divinum Ucadia as the Divine Rights of Ucadia, as defined by Article 25 (Ucadia) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(iii) Ius Divinum Iuris as the Divine Right to Divine Justice, as defined by Article 40 (Rights of Members) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(iv) Ius Divinum Cogitatio as the Divine Right of Thought and Reason, as defined by Article 40 (Rights of Members) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(v) Ius Divinum Conscium as the Divine Right of Conscious Awareness, as defined by Article 40 (Rights of Members) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(vi) Ius Divinum Honoris as the Divine Right of Respect and Honor, as defined by Article 40 (Rights of Members) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(vii) Ius Divinum Veritas as the Divine Right of Truth and Integrity, as defined by Article 40 (Rights of Members) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(i) Ius Divinum Sanitatum as the Divine Right to Sanity, Reason and Competence of Mind, as defined by Article 66 (Sanitatum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(ii) Ius Divinum Oratorium as the Divine Right to a competent forum of Law and Review, as defined by Article 56 (Oratorium) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(iii) Ius Divinum Actum as the Divine Right of Action within (Ucadian) Time and Space, as defined by Article 61 (Actum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(iv) Ius Divinum Sacramentum as the Divine Right to grant and impart Holy Sacraments, as defined by Article 62 (Sacramentum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(v) Ius Divinum Visum as the Divine Right to Survey, Visit and Audit a Body, as defined by Article 78 (Visum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(vi) Ius Divinum Commercium as the Divine Right to Trade, Exchange and Communication, as defined by Article 67 (Commercium) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(vii) Ius Divinum Virtus as the Divine Right to Strength, Honor, Excellence and Virtue, as defined by Article 71 (Virtus) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(viii) Ius Divinum Interpretum as the Divine Right to Interpet and Expound Sacred Texts, as defined by Article 77 (Interpretum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

(ix) Ius Divinum Astrum as the Divine Right to an Association, Aggregate or Body, as defined by Article 65 (Astrum) of the present sacred Covenant; and

28.6
Natural Rights (link)

Natural Rights are the second highest form of valid Rights, corresponding to separate and singular True Trusts and True Persons; and owe their existence and provenance to the existence of Divine Rights All valid Natural Rights therefore are inherited from the class of valid Divine Rights. All valid Superior Rights therefore are inherited from the class of Natural Rights. There exists two sub-classes (Absolute and Relative) and four categories of one hundred and ten (110) Natural Rights, being Absolute Elemental (44), Absolute Testamental (33), Relative Conferrable (22) and Relative Delegable (11):

(i) An Absolute Elemental Natural Right is a Natural Right associated as a capacity of a True Person, or body of a True Trust or property of a True Estate; and

(ii) An Absolute Testamental Natural Right is a Natural Right associated with the powers of a True Person; and

(iii) A Relative Conferrable Natural Right is a Natural Right associated with a privilege, or liberty, or authority or characteristic essential to life and community that may be granted and conferred to a wider community for the sake and benefit of all its members; and

(iv) A Relative Delegable Natural Right is a Natural Right associated with a privilege, or liberty or authority or characteristic essential to defending and upholding Natural Rights in law that may be delegated to a competent person as advocate.

Absolute Elemental Natural Rights (link)

The following valid forty-four (44) Absolute Elemental Natural Rights are recognized in accord with the present Covenant:

(i) Ius Naturale as the Natural Law, as inherited from Ius Divinum; and
