Hello, this is Frank O’Collins and thank you for taking the time to read and listen to this blog for Thursday 19th June 2014 entitled: As nothing in the Universe is about being passive: are you part of the problem or the solution?

By the word “passive” I am referring to both its collection of more commonly known and less well known meanings. For example, in terms of common conceptions of the word “passive”, I mean “being a passenger; or not participating; or being inactive; or being subject to an action without producing a reaction”.

But in terms of the less well known origins and meanings of passive, from the Latin word passus from the root Latin word pati meaning “I suffer or endure; or I allow, acquiesce or submit”. It is also connected to the word Patient created from the same root.

In any event, this short blog is not about pointing fingers at you or anybody, but stating facts for what they are, so there can be no excuses, no confusion, no misunderstandings.

Given the mountains of information – particularly on Ucadia – it often makes it easy for people to give the excuse, I do not have time, or I can’t deal with that at the moment, or it is too much for me.  Well, enough is enough, so lets keep this as clear and as simple as possible so there can be absolutely no excuses.

Everything in the Universe exists for some purpose.  Every action happens for a reason – a cause.  The Universe may be amoral, but it does not mean it is immoral or passive. It just means it does not take sides unless there are clear breaches in the fundamental rules of existence. Every action and indeed every thought has a consequence to some degree, so this is why in a sense the opening statement to the blog today is not an accusation but a statement of absolute and irrefutable fact – that nothing in the Universe is about being passive, because nothing in the Universe can be the subject of an action and not produce a reaction to some degree. For example, if the structure of an object does not change because it resists or manages to diminish the forces against it, then that reaction is a reaction and cannot possibly be called passive.

As for the deeper definition of passive and its origins in Latin to accepting suffering or endurance, or acquiescing, surrendering, giving up or submitting through fear and cowardice, well I have a topic as part of this blog that will help serve as a test – because again no one is a passenger to life or history. Either you are part of the solution and positive change, or you are an agent for the status quo and in a real sense responsible for the misery and problems in the world – there is no “third option”. 

People may not like that bluntness. In fact you may know many people who remain on the fence, or who have replied to comments you have raised by considering what you say as some “way out conspiracy” or some “far fetched fantasy”. Again, how do we address such excuses and responses so there can be absolutely no mistake that people are either active participants for change or are the central problem as agents for the continuing madness?

The answer is in choosing a topic where there is no doubt based on the hard evidence – that to the system we are considered nothing more than slaves; or energy batteries to be drained by literally energy vampires called central banks and the elite private families that control them.; and that all the outer gloss that you live in a democracy, or that you are free, or that there is no such thing as the Illuminati or a new world order is complete and deliberate misdirection aimed at keeping the modern slave populations of people drugged, stupid and distracted.

So in a moment, we will look at a topic concerning the hard evidence of how the world really works and why this is an excellent test to see whether you or we or they are part of the solution or part of the problem?

First, let’s address the issue of different mindsets for people claiming a passive stance to the world and its problems.

The Victim, the Selfie and the Cynic

If I had a dollar for every time someone has written to me over the years to tell me of the trauma of their life and the tragedy and injustices of this world, then I would never have to ask for donations again.  It seems that all of us have real life and true stories of the suffering we have experienced at the hands of the present system and machine.

It is why some see themselves legitimately as victims of injustice and corruption. The real tragedy then is not only do we suffer from the first experience and trauma of courts and losing a sense of safety and well being and privacy but we continue to suffer under the burden and emotions of being victims to such injustice.

I know personally of family members who from the time of being small children to now being well into their middle age have lived virtually every moment in the sense of being victims- with the mindset of being victims entitled and deserving of compensation being the filter through which everything is considered.  As I said, I have over the time received thousands and thousands of emails from people who have experienced truly horrific experiences who also in many respects see themselves as victims of a cruel and often psychopathic world.

I also have relatives that see themselves as good citizens and contributors to society, who pay their duties and work their professions and raise their families and truly believe that they in their own way make a difference to society, yet at the same time would not dream of contributing to the likes of Ucadia, or supporting anything we are discussing, much less contributing to a cause to address injustice in the courts, or corruption and maladministration of politicians and banks.  To them, those that are victims have themselves in part to blame and that the only way people learn is by pulling themselves out of the problems themselves.

Then there are people who I have met and maybe you know some as well that begin the conversation with “show me the proof” or “I don’t believe you unless you have irrefutable evidence”.  They are forever asking for citations, references and independent verification. They are the ones who maybe chuckle when you come into the room, or who are condescending toward you as if you are somehow a disobedient child in raising questions and arguments.

While there are many ways to describe people who pretend to be passive and switched off and therefore cannot be judged one way or another, a good start is to define these three groups as Victims, Selfies and Cynics.

The Victim is a major group within the truth movement and to be perfectly frank, anyone who comes to the truth movement, unless they are an agent or a scam artist, usually is looking for some kind of answers to the experience of some trauma and therefore has some element of victim mindset at some point.

What I am saying is demonstrated by many who have genuinely tried to help people, only to find that when people write asking for help – if they are suffering Victim mindset – then they are not looking for genuine solutions but someone to blame.  So, signs of such Victim mindset is when people send off a flurry of paperwork without listening or reading and then blame the website, or the person who put it up as their fault as if they are responsible for such stupidity.

I have experienced first hand people who are suffering victim mindset who wrote to me asking for help and when I have in the past answered such requests, I can honestly say a few were suffering such victim attitude and end up shifting the blame for their situation to me – like a case when a fellow had written all kind of threatening letters to officials over years and came to me asking for help and within six weeks, blamed me for his problems even though he refused to read, refused to act competently and continued sending threatening letters. Or the cases of people facing foreclosure that refused to be open and honest with what they had sent to the courts and then when in actual hearings completed ignored the knowledge discussed, then blaming Ucadia and myself for their woes.

Now, not everyone is like that and I am happy to say that in more recent times, I have received more and more emails from people who have found a degree of relief through genuine learning and becoming competent – especially in stopping their thinking they are a victim and therefore seeking revenge or compensation. Yet sadly, a great many people remain stuck in the victim mindset and so instead of being part of the solution, they remain very much part of the problem – because they help reinforce the stereotypes seen on television.

This is especially the case when people respond to corruption and injustice with violence. There is no excuse or good cause for violence. There is no justifying acting in the same manner as a thug with a gun.  So when people do act in a violent and aggressive manner feeling they are victims, it makes it easy for spin doctors and disinfo media broadcasters to claim they are “sovereign citizens” or some anti-government group.

In truth, the only way, the only way this matrix of madness, imbalance, incompetence and injustice will be resolved is through knowledge, through wisdom and through dedicated and intelligent action – not resorting to violence, or manning the barricades or calling for revolution. Those actions have been tried for hundreds of years and the system has adapted to almost need that kind of violent opposition to maintain order in its own ranks.

In truth, the sheer enormity of the present Western-Roman system of law built upon piracy and slavery as commerce is so unwieldy, so complex, so broken that just left to its own devices it will implode. That is why there are government agencies now totally dedicated to false flag operations because unless such hideous acts continue, then the decay and collapse of a system built in complete defiance to morality, to spirituality and to the Golden Rule of Law is doomed.

Therefore, I say to each and everyone who listens to this call and who read this blog, that if you are one who acts as a Victim, or lashes out with violence and anger then you are strengthening the system, you are helping the system and you are 100% part of the problem. You are not helping, you are hurting.  You are not making the case for change better, you are making it manifestly worse.  So get over your anger and your suffering and wake up to the fact that the system wants you to react- it wants you to be angry. Because if you are resolute, if you are respectful, if you actually behave with any decency as to the rule of law and the behavior as shown in the Age of the Nazarenes in Lebor Clann Glas, then it is only a matter of time before the world changes for the better and their system is finished.

What about the Selfies, the mass army of selfish, cowardly, excuse riddled islands of gluttony and stupidity that is the model of the modern consumer? Well, the test I am going to show in a moment by looking at the issue of Settlement certificates, also now known as Birth certificates as Article 325 under Positive Law on the website One-Heaven.org is an excellent example.

If the Selfie won’t contribute, or won’t donate or won’t step up and start making a positive difference to the waking up of people to the extent of the problem, then they are a key agent of the system.  Don’t blame President Obama, or Dick Cheney, or the Pope, or the Jesuits, or the banks for your problems – blame that selfish friend, or relative, or acquaintance that has resources and has all the excuses in the world why they won’t help.  They are the problem – they are the ones responsible for the murder in Syria and Iraq, the child slavery in Africa and Asia.  They are responsible for the chemical spraying programs and the false flag operations.

Every wealthy relative you know who has all the excuses in the world why they won’t or can’t contribute; Every business owner with means of support who ignores this information and pretends they are too busy or don’t care.  There is no excuse, there is no third option.

The reason all these people are the primary problem is that because of their selfishness, their cowardice, their self-delusion they are the reason the system is maintained. They don’t risk losing their wealth- in fact they selfish behavior is the most certain way they will lose it all and in fact have probably lost it already. Because the earth is changing, whether they like it or not. The universe is not a passive observer to this change, nor is the earth, nor is heaven. They can hide their head in the sand all they like, this time of change is not going away.

Every day these people choose to ignore, to do nothing, to remain so utterly stupid and selfish, their wealth gets weaker and weaker as those who are working for change get stronger and stronger.  Every day these people with the means to make a difference support the status quo, they seal their fate in this lifetime and the next – not as some kind of eternal judgment but the fact that they have lessons to learn and if they do not learn them now, then they certainly will be learning them in the next few lifetimes.

So while the prospect of Ucadia would be made much easier if a few of these selfish and self obsessed people actually wake up- the future of Ucadia and the future of the world is not dependent upon those wealthy relatives, or wealthy friends or wealthy acquaintances you know, who choose to do nothing. In fact, if they were smart they would realize they need this knowledge more than it needs them. The switch over has already happened and all the debt notes in the world will eventually mean nothing and will be utterly worthless.

Finally, what about the cynic.  Well for these, lets look at Article 325 under Positive Law.

The irrefutable proof we are condemned and treated as stupid slaves to central banks

Lets have a look then at Article 325 on Settlement (Birth) certificates.  I chose this topic because it is the most common used when people refer to the issue of slavery and slave bonds and hidden Cestui Que Vie Trusts.

The topic then I have chosen to test and see where each of us sit in this discussion is the issue of Settlement certificates, also now known as Birth certificates as Article 325 under Positive Law on the website One-Heaven.org  I have chosen this subject as the basis of the test and discussion tonight, because it is a good example of the various articles of canons within the twenty books of canons of law on One-Heaven where actual prima facie evidence has been linked up.  By prima facie evidence, I mean by the laws of the Western-Roman System, the links to actual Statutes published and produced by official government printers are not legally the subject of dispute.  They are considered irrefutable evidence within their own courts. It is black and white evidence and this is supported by the laws of documentary evidence.  So if anyone says to you, oh these acts and documents are some kind of conspiracy theory or way out theory, then tell them to get their head screwed on straight, because this evidence is not up for debate. It is fact according to the very rules of Western-Roman law and that’s it.

Now, I am not going to go through all the information contained within the canons under Article 325, as there is a fair amount and more than a couple of dozen of links to prima facie evidence.  But I will refer to some of the information as we discuss the topic and encourage you to read more. In the end, I will let you decide.

When you do read the knowledge contained in Article 325 of the Canons of Positive Law and you do read the statutes then it is unmistakable what the system considers you to be.

Anyone who says otherwise is acting as a complete idiot or a deliberate agent for the system in ignoring the irrefutable proof – And that is the real test for cynics.

These are official documents of law. There is no denying them. So a cynic can go on all they like about claiming it sounds like conspiracy theories when it is cold hard facts. So when someone does ignore it, refuse to acknowledge it then you know they are an active supporter of the madness, the murder and the terror of the world.

They are the problem, not a president or CEO of a central bank. That cynic who through their deluded self arrogance and misguided sense of intellectual superiority is a key pillar in keeping the system going. So tell them that. Tell them that you know who and what they are and how they are key to keeping the system going. Don’t let them slink away for another day to once again play the cynic game. Hold them account that this is not some intellectual contest of chess- this is holding the immoral and broken model of the world to account and changing it – and they are the problem.

So what do you do?

So are you part of the problem or the solution? Only you know the answer to that.  Like I said, I am not here to judge you.  The facts speak for themselves. Those that genuinely support Ucadia know who they are and know that I am thankful for their support.  Those that remain passengers and pretend to be passive when they are really agents for the status quo also know who they are.

In the end, the Ucadia model will continue to be completed. The updated templates will be back up in a few weeks and the canons will be sharpened with the forensic evidence at your fingertips.
